How many calories in each ball??
Thank you for getting straight to the point. Most other videos are annoyingly long just for something so simple. 😂
Of course! Enjoy!
Ikr
1 and a 1/2 cup oats
1 cup peanut butter
2 scoops protein powder
1/4 cup of honey/maple syrup
choc chips (optional)
For anyone wondering there about 100 - 110 calories each ball
These protein balls
Are the best thing I ever tasted.
Thank you❤
I ran out of protien powder so used coco powder and these were still great!
THATS HOW YOU DO A VIDEO!!! Watched a few 11 minute videos and this is the recipe I’m going with

I love Nuzest chocolate protein powder! I have a code if you want to try it: eatingbird food for 15% off!
It’s more delicious if you blend them all together
Your website I'd pure bliss 😊 thanku 💖
Aw thank you so much! I am glad you enjoy it!
What would be the calories on these balls??
How long do these keep for? And do they freeze well? I wanna make a bunch of these lol
So I want to say thank you. I am making these now and the place I went to to buy them have competition.
P.S. your website was the first one to pop up when I Google protein balls
Edit: update thank you for the recipe I put a little too much honey but they came put really well thank you again.
Ah this is great! Thank you so much. Glad you enjoyed this recipe!
Do you bake them or put them in the refrigerator to get cold?
If I have to store them outside, do I need to add any preservative ?
isnt better jsut drink pure protein without all added sugar ?
Just made them but do you know how many calories are in each of them
💗
How many balls does this make?
how do you figure out the amount of protein per treat? x
Counting Macros!
Usually the nutritional value (protein, carbs, fat, sugar etc.) and calories are always on the packaging, so you can either use a tracking app or calculate. If I make big batch recipe I just calculate the total and ÷ it through whatever amount/portion/slices I made!
Great thanks. I need a recipe that is no bake and uses hemp seed and is gluten-free and does not have peanut butter and does not have honey. With dark chocolate.
You can use Seed butter, Maple Syrup/Agave and Gluten Free Oats instead! And of course add hemp seeds or anything you like!
How much protein and calories are in a ball?
I’ve read that it’s roughly around 200
It depends on what protein powder and other ingredients you use. You may have to just do the math and divide up the totals used
Depends on how big you make them. I just write down the calories and macros and divide by however many servings I made! Also of course depends on what ingredients you use like a different protein powder or a different nut butter.
Do you think they’d still taste good if used vanilla or cookies and crème protein powder? It’s all I got atm
Totally!
How do you store them? in the fridge or on the counter?
In the fridge, the reply might be late sorry
I'm going to try this recipe but all I have is vanilla protein powder, I will report back if vanilla works in this recipe.
That is to fast, looks good, thanks
You should do a how-to video on how to make how-to videos and recipe blogs. Thorough yet succinct. And the recipe sounds good, too!
What can I substitute for oatmeal?
Maybe rice crispy cereal
@@daquanted7595oooooh!! Yum!
for how long they can be stored outside?
I'd store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 days max. Really depends on the ingredients you're using but I'd definitely put them in the fridge better safe than sorry lol
Do you need the protein powder?
Can be omitted just use less liquid in that case or use more oats, of course their protein content will be lower and the taste will differ. Maybe add vanilla or some cacao powder etc. for flavor. If you want to up the protein add hemp seeds but definitely keep them in the fridge then.
Can I make these without honey?
You can try to sub maple syrup. Just want to make sure they stick together.
How can I make a sugar-free version of this?
I'd probably use liquid sweetener like stevia and xylitol chocolate chips if you mean sugar free as in calorie less but if you don't want artificial sugar you can leave it out or use dates and a protein power that doesn't contain any sweetener (they exist) also cacao nibs! And just natural peanut butter without added fat or sugar
What is there life ? Only week ?
How many per serving??
1 ball.
Did you put it in the oven?
No. These are no bake.
@@EatingBirdFood so where did you put them? In the freezer, fridge, Or on the shelf?
@@fathercrossangellamblove I recommend storing them in the fridge!
CAN YOU SUBSTITUTE PROTEIN POWDER WITH SOMETHING ELSE?????
Cocopowder
Can you do it without protein powder😅???
Of course just add more oats or less liquid in that case but keep in mind they'll lack chocolate flavor (and maybe sweetness if it's a protein powder with artificial sweeteners) and protein compared to the original. But you can always use vanilla or some cacao powder etc. to give it flavor
Allergic to peanuts😭
1 cup of peanut butter that's a lot i'd recommend using peanut butter powder it's got a lot less calories and more protein
Not sure that would work for this recipe, you need the peanut butter to help them stick together.
why are they on a baking pan. Are you supposed to bake them?
Calories for one?
about 100.
Why does chocolate go into most healthy snacks?? I hate chocolate 😫
Try caramel?
When you say cup, how much exactly is that in grams?
Id recommend using an online converter!
Yummy
