Personal tip from implementing the video, add the peanut butter in multiple smaller portions else might get lumps while making the oats and almond balls.

I make homemade coconut milk (1 cup desiccated coconut - 4 cups water - 1 pitted date) and I use the remaining pulp to make protein balls just by adding 1 scoop of protein powder (mine is cookies and cream flavour). It’s delicious 😋

The scoops that come with my whey protein powder holds 5.5 tablespoons worth (packed in). I weighed a full packed scoop in at .9 oz. 1 scoop has 20 grams of protein, so if I made this recipe with two scoops, that's 40 g prot. It seems each recipe makes about 8 balls. That brings each ball to 5g protein.
I calculated 7 of those dates to be a whopping 485 calories. If I made these, I'd replace the dates with monkfruit sweetener, it has zero calories and tastes just like sugar. But then I'm wondering if they'd be sticky enough to roll into balls, hmmm.

In case anyone else was wondering I thought I'd provide some info that I found... Looking around I've found protein scoops that range from 30ml-70ml. However, I think most are about 50ml - so I think this could be a good place to start? Looking at two of the more major protein suppliers in the UK we have My Protein: 25g/45ml; Bulk Powders: 30g/55ml (I typically use Bulk Powders). Not sure if this is just a UK average though and I'd love to hear what size other people's protein scoops are :)
