A piece of art as Mozart's symphonys just as hauntingly a wonder of life, pain, love, loss, gain, this song to me atleast bears much feelings and emotions. It saddens me tearing my heart aprt and then brings me hight a top the clouds scratching the limits of the sky as my lost loved one smile apon me and embrace my pain and I let go for the moment. I was in my late teens when I first heard this song the feelings the emotions have always been and forever will be when I hear this lullaby of mature emotions. Russell died less than a month after the announcement, on August 15, 2024, at the age of 63 at a family member's home in Southern California, from complications of LBD and muscular system atrophy. It was his time to travel....... But at least Jack left us a gift In January 2024, Russell released a collaboration album with L.A. Guns guitarist Tracii Guns, titled Medusa.This was Russell's final studio recording before his retirement and sudden traveling on to another universe. See ya soon brother..... hopefully in a few decades.
My opinion doesn't really count more than anyone else's, but I have a magnificent collection; and, an even better stereo. Just sayin' that music is extremely important to me. That said, this is one of the most beautiful rock ballads I've ever heard. Lucky to have seen them live, and to have gotten all their autographs.
Such beautiful music, you can feel the emotions in each word and note. I've listened to this song so many times and still do to the day. It has a special impact and meaning to me. Love it absolutely love it.
