😊

Where can I get that trim cutter? I've been looking all over your website but couldnt find it
Hi there, as this is an old video we don't have these exact cutters anymore. However, you will find them under Mitre Shears. Please see the following link. I hope this helps! 😊

My customer was sold the VISBY Solid wood flooring 150mm wide, with multiples of boards that are 2 differing lengths.
So do start...LONG ...SHORT...LONG...SHORT?
Or is it another set layout?
Also he was sold the foil backed underlay.
But it's a old council concrete floor, with those 6x6 vinyl tiles.....or are they bitumen with asbestos? I think they may be.
But those council tiles are bullet proof, never coming up.
So he's been sold the wrong underlay I'm guessing?
I think the best choice will be the adhesive sticky backed underlay.
As I'm not confident glue will hold them , as the glue will be scrèeded into the Old tiles .
Any advice?
Thanks, it was great
Question, how to bend flooring trim because my wall curves. Let me know thanks
Same problem. I have a bay window that curves round. Did you ever find a solution
You need to do it in small pieces.
Or undercut and run boards underneath
base board
I have used the same bedding as you guys. But how would you bead around a curved bay window? Is it possible?
@@bandq thanks for replying. Yeah after a few failed attempts I've managed to do it. 2ft at a time instead of the 2m but looks ok. Thanks
not with your 'bedding' !
I’m having these put on as the tenant before me fitted her skirtings too high and I have massive gaps under skirtings. When I change my flooring will I have to remove these again and replace them? Or will they stay where they are?
Hi, you will need to remove them to change your flooring. If you're able to remove them without any damage, you can use them again. However, you can get flooring trims to match some floor coverings, so you might want to consider changing them. I hope this helps! 😀
How do you trim around door frames??
Hi there, as per our Part 3 video, it's best to trim the architrave when laying flooring. You will see this at timestamp 7.05 bit.ly/3SZRQcD. Fitting a trim around a door frame will need a series of cuts, you'll be best using a mitre block to ensure you get the correct angles. I hope this helps! 😊
In America it's a transition strip
😃
How do u mitre the corners? Just wasted 3 mins 55 secs of my life, cheers
