I think a lot of players simply forget about the barricades these days in favour of fancier scenery. Thanks for the reminder about how good they can look with simple techniques and a little time spent!

I'm glad you found it interesting. Anyone with a core set will own them, so why not get them finished like the rest of the miniatures?!

Great video man! I already had mine up to stage 3:30 but those extra steps really make a difference!

It is amazing how a good painting can make an old slab of cncrete look good

Very nice! You’ve inspired me to dry brush these.

    They look great!
Also the visual formatting of this gave me so much nostalgia. I'm unsure if that's why it's formated as such. But either way it's neat

I got the ratio wrong on formatting, but I'm happy for positive comments about it lol.
Thanks for the feedback on the results :)

Not sure to understand what is the base coat/primer? Grey Seer? Black?

    • @outside9
      @outside9  Рік тому +1

These were sprayed black to create natural shadows in the recesses, with the dark grey being applied to keep some of this black visible

Lovely B-Wing and playmat, where are those from?

    • @outside9

Those belong to the store. Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure where they are from, but the store's facebook details are in the video comments if you would like to ask them directly.

something happened with the ratio, it's in a black box. Fiddle with upload settings

I don't fully understand what you mean. Do you mean the black bars our something?

Yea, it's like I have to watch the video in portrait mode and not landscape in order to get a full screen. Otherwise great content

I'll see what I've done wrong with the format and try to adjust for my next video. Thanks for letting me know.
And thanks for the positive feedback on the content
