Hey Ryan, I've been watching your channel for a few weeks. I just realized, you love to mow your lawn. Most people go fishing, surfing, golfing, etc. My relationship with the lawn is more like a wrestling match. You lose more often than you win. You give me hope. Thanks for all your hard work!

I've been using Micros and Sea Kelp this season. First time ever since I've owned my home (10 years). I must say, they do make a difference. My lawn is more tolerant to heat. I live in Texas and we are getting up around 100 degree days. Its also fuller and greener than in past seasons. I do a foliar Micro/Sea Kelp combo the first of the month with a sprayer. Then I do a Humic/Sea Kelp/Micro application from the Hose End mid month. Seems to be working. Great to try new things and actually see results. Its actually similar to your system but only 2 applications monthly. As always, thanks for the great content.

Try adding Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses at 6-9 oz per 1k. Makes the lawn pop nicely. You will be amazed! Also, helps with microbial activity for soil. One gallon for $8.00. 😎👊

I am really liking the simple lawn solutions program because in this really hot time up in the north east my grass has gone dormant in the back yard where I did nothing to it but weed killer and the front yard though going dormant it still has a nice green color that normally would have gone away by now. plus the liquid aeration help out a lot.

Micronutrients and Macronutrients is key for a healthy lawn, Color will always depend upon your grass type and the cultivar. Every grass is different even different cultivars for the same grass type. So before you try to get a certain color make sure grass is suppose to look like that. Some grasses dont get a dark green

For 2,500 square foot front yard, I keep a very deep green, thick, lawn, on the cheap. 1 app of synthetic fertilizer early spring = $7.50, 1 thick app of organic 6 weeks later =$20. Repeat in fall (Synthetic mid August, organic late Sept.) So $55 a year and I'm very happy with it.

You have a very beautiful lawn, and I enjoyed and appreciated the time it took to do your video. Your work area turned out great too! It was inspirational. Next up: You can use some appearance enhancing shrubbery and foundation plantings around the house and fencing. Otherwise without some landscaping it has a stark appearance . You could best show off your great lawn by having some color and visual interest (landscape architecture), e.g., flowers, variegated leaf shrubs, evergreen and flowering trees around to contrast with it. ( I know...it costs money!) So shape and plant your beds little by little in sections over time. Thank you so much for your grass advice. That's exactly what I wound up here for. The spots where my dog pees are a perfect dark green, so I figured it's something to do with nitrogen.

Ryan, is there something you can add to your sprayer when fertilizing to help it adhere to the Leaf? I saw it in a video, but I can't remember when/where and if it's even necessary?!?! Thoughts?

You're probably thinking of surfactant. I'm not using any for fertilizer

Recently started watching your videos Ryan - really liking them; quick question - for cool season grass what are the recommended grass heights for summer, fall, winter and spring?
