- Another favorite for Dim Sum Goers. So tasty , so tender. Bone separate from meat by it self. Unique tasty fermented black beans with tons of garlicky sauce flavor. Excellent serve with steamed white rice. Easy to make too. Enjoy.

Looks very nice Chef. I love the sauce when you transfer it on the plate. Must be very moist? Yesterday I prepared thick noodle pork flat green beans with orange peppers. My girlfriend did not helped herself this time lol as she has a lot of leftovers she wanted to eat but did grabbed some for her lunch today. I made so much, I have enough until early next week. Hope you like your new apartment. The countertop looks great compared to the bright white one. Until next time Chef, keep "wok"ing.
Yes, you are right it was very moist and juicy, tender too since it was steamed about a little more than an hour. Yes, we like this apartment unit since at 4th floor, we gets nice view and surrounded with lot of pine trees some 50 ft away. thanks for watching.
This sounds like something I would like to make.! I have all the ingredients except for the "soy bean sauce" I could probably go to Amazon but do you think it would still be good without the soybean sauce?

@@HAPPYWOK Can Chinese soybean paste be substituted with Japanese light miso paste or Korean doenjang or ssamjang paste? And another question: do you think that I could use pork belly instead of pork ribs for this recipe?
