- Here is one Delicious stir fry cooking. Authentic Cantonese cooking. Where Pork Belly cooked 3 times. Boiled, fried & braising in tasty fermented black beans sauce ( with crunchy tasty diced green bell pepper ) . Perfect for steamed rice. Enjoy.

1½ pounds pork belly, skin-on
5 to 6 cups water for boiling pork meat
2 stalks green onion
5 slices ginger
⅓ cup rice wine
2 Tbs. cooking oil
2 Tbs. garlic, minced
1 yellow onion
1 green bell pepper
** premix sauce **
⅓ cup rice wine
1 Tbs, soy sauce
1 Tbs. oyster sauce
½ tsp corn starch

Hello Chef. Very nice dish with the sauce. Earlier this week, the family had a shrimp celery stir fry. The family loved it. The next one will be a salmon stir fry. My mother in law's doctor recommends eating salmon due to her medical condition so I am grateful I can make a Chinese version of it for her to enjoy. Until next time Chef.
