The Northen Thai tom yum looks 😋 .... I was at this food centre quite reccently (around evening time), not many stalls open but pretty decent evening crowd of people chilling with beer and looking for dinner. If you come in the evening, and lucky enough, the famous Lim's Fried Oyster is a fantastic guilty indulgence - I rate their orh luak as one of the best in Spore!
yes yes most of the stalls here are breakfast/lunch stalls. Never had that fried oyster! Will try!

To be honest, I'm afraid of turtle soup. There used to be a shop near my sec sch where they would boil the turtle alive (apparently that's the way to do it) and you can hear the turtle squeal and keep banging the side of the pot... from then on... I cannot... Crocodile meat sounds interesting though!

The ice lemon tea stall their kopi is nice. The kuay chap stall is my must go every time I go there.

Many years ago, try the special chillies yong tau foo at this hawker centre, very nice, at ground floor, not sure is, still around at it

Nah Piggy, Berseh doesn't liven up much of an evening. I tried it earlier this year and there wasn't much happening after 6:00pm. Like you, I went for the Fried Oyster and was disappointed to find it closed.
Yeah, it's more of a lunch crowd place. Evenings are pretty quiet there.

Sadly.. Singapore doesn't seem to clearly indicate which are the hawkers that are wheelchair friendly. I seem to recall a ramp at the corner facing the plain field but I couldn't confirm when searching for it on the Internet. Sorry..
@@Piggypuggy You remember correctly, the ramp access is facing the field, once down the ramp, the beef noodle stall is there and also the North Thai Tom Yam soup stall. BTW I prefer the tom yam clear soup. As for the beef noodle, I prefer her husband's version, only on Sunday.
