I saw an episode of, "Through the Kitchen Window" on NHK World Japan the other day where a lady was shown making donabe wear. It was fascinating. Then, that day I went to our local thrift store and found a donable pot. It was meant to be. I've enjoyed your shows and look forward to cooking a new way using my donabe.
This video is so helpful for those of us intimidated by making japanese food at home. Would love to see more videos. Also very excited to visit your store and chose a donabe in person 💛
