    I would kill for all those really nice earthenware pots!!! They are gorgeous! The food you cook in them must be insanely delicious. Thank you for the awesome recipe! I'm always looking for other ways to eat fish. Will be trying soon.

    Hi Naoko!
    I noticed you didn't peel your gobo, I'm just so conditioned to peel it whenever I prepare anything. Do you do this for most recipes or just certain ones? I cant stand peeling! It takes so long and makes such a mess.

      I hold it under running water and scrape it with the back of the knife to quickly "peel"' it
