Hi Naoko! I noticed you didn't peel your gobo, I'm just so conditioned to peel it whenever I prepare anything. Do you do this for most recipes or just certain ones? I cant stand peeling! It takes so long and makes such a mess.

I hold it under running water and scrape it with the back of the knife to quickly "peel"' it
