      I love George Foreman grills! I learned how to cook using a George Foreman grill and honestly I think burger patties turn out better in there compared to the flat top 😊

    Quick question. I love fruit and between my snack at work and my smoothie in evening I eat a lot of it, is that too much fruit? It's probably 3 cups at least..

      As far as your fruit intake, that sounds great to me! 1 cup would be about 1 serving and we should aim for at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day so as long as you're getting some veggies in too (which I think you are 😊), you'll be golden 👍
