i love making veggie burgers with black beans, green, yellow, and red chopped peppers, red onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, adobo, breadcrumbs, and bbq sauce! too good, and has a really nice meaty barbecue smoked flavor! definitely recommend you try it :) you can add your own spin and put whatever veggies/spices you like, but the combination i put above is my favorite :)
A tip for black bean burgers: cook the beans in the oven first! It makes the texture of the burger so much better. I just open a can of black beans, put them in a spread out layer on a baking sheet and cook for like 20 minutes on like 350. Then just blend ingredients like normal.
When I decide to be vegan, I has issues regarding food choices, even being vegetarian, but your tips and recipes are helping me a loooot 💙 Thanks for this
I went vegetarian in March and it's nowhere near as hard as you think! There are great meat substitutes sold these days. Also a lot of sides are vegetarian. Pastas, salads, wraps, burgers, there's all kinds of things you can do. Pinterest has tooooons of recipe ideas too.(:
Try having a few meatless days a week. Start at one or two and work your way up. I was originally going to do it this way but then realized how easy it was and that I loved it so I went full time.(:
I cannot overstate how insanely delicious those dragon noodles are. Only change i made was to add 2 cloves garlic. Bok choy is also a great sub for cabbage.
I made the cauliflower wings and they were AMAZING. They were incredibly quick to make, too! When I make these again, I'll add way less liquid to the batter because mine was insanely runny and I'd definitely put nonstick spray on the foil beforehand. I'd also use a full head of cauliflower because I had a ton of excess batter and too much sauce for the cauliflower. These will definitely become one of my staple recipes! Also great for potlucks!
I am so surprised. I actually made the first meal of this and I am not a vegan but this recipe seriously made me want to convert. It was delicioussssss. And usually when I eat food, I have my mixture of apple cider vinegar, water, lemon juice and cinnamon and anything I eat would run 🏃🏽 me to The bathroom. After this meal, I felt extremely good and light weight, this did not run me at all. I am making another vegan dish today and I pray it turns out good 😊. Happy eats up everyone.
Wait, in America you can buy a bunch of carrots, a roll, peppers, a can of black beans, green onions, garlic, oregano, parsley, paprica and a bunch of potatoes FOR UNDER $3 COMBINED? In my country this stuff would cost me an equvalent of $20. Not to even mention tofu, sriracha and other food products that are not even available in regular shops in my country, you'd have to ship them from a vegan / foreign shop to get them.
I think she split the cost of the actual purchases depending on how much she used. so if she bought a lb of something for $8 but used a 1/10 of that pound, she only used up less than one dollar of that ingredient for the process of making that meal. It is still very cheap to make vegan foods, but I think this video gives the impression that you can buy foods for that cheap, when that doesn't reflect reality.
Pfff then it's kinda fake. The reason I'm not vegan is that I live by myself, so most of those ingredients such as produce would go to waste if I had to buy them in advance for myself.
This is why you prepare ahead. I can by $20 of stuff...make my meals ahead of time and then put them in the fridge/freezer and eat 3 meals a day for 1 week on $20...cheap as hell. It's not fake at all. it's smart. People with big families learn this Meal Math very quickly.
That's the point. It works for people with big families because they use all the produce up. I'm not going to eat all this stuff by myself. And I don't think all this food can be frozen and re-heated, for example the calliflower. I can't imagine re-heating that dish.
I made the Pub-Style burgers and fries, and my whole family LOVED it! So easy, and very delicious. I had the majority of ingredients already and only needed to run out for buns, beefsteak tomato, and potatoes. I went on your main page, and all I can say is WOW. I can't wait to do more of your recipes!
I made this today! The burgers, fries, cauliflower wings!! I was so surprised and my boyfriend LOVED IT!! Thank you so so much for your awesome recipes!
I did the pub-style burgers and here's my input. I recommend using flower and cook them on the stove top it was hard keeping its shape. And I would use organic stone ground mustard
Weather you're baking or frying (unless it's something super saucy), I highly HIGHLY recommend adding any herbs like oregano, parsley, so on about 3/4 of the way through because it tends to burn and give off flavors.
amazing recipes, I definitely will try the burgers!! just a little info: foil needs a lot of energy in the making process and is pretty bad for the environment, I recommend regular parchment paper, it's a lot more eco friendly and still non stick!
I'm just a vegetarian but I try to eat vegan more and more often because I try to live as cruelty-free as possible- I tried these meals and I LOVED them. You're a great youtuber.
Im not a vegan and I dont think I will ever be in the future, but I like your channel and your recipes. Im trying to eat in a healthy way though (less meat) and more veges and fruits.
THIS IS GREAT! I juice my 6mo carrots to go in his milk. I always have this left over carrots and wanted to make something out of it but didn't know what. No more throwing carrot remains down the garbage disposal. THANKS!
i love seeing these vegan meals on a budget because they give me so much insparation for new meals and keep veganism a fresh fun experience everytime. also the "on a budget" meals tend to be quicker than adding alot of the other ingredients
Peanut butter goes well for making a satay type sauce, add to noodles, potatoes and chickpeas etc, good cheap vegan food, did that when i was a student many years ago.
I don't know what store you go to because my local store is expensive 😂 but I absolutely loved this video! I never knew I could make patties out of those ingredients!! do you think you can make a video/recipe that doesn't need an oven? because I don't have one 😳
Thank you for sharing this budget friendly recipe. Budgeting better with my groceries has been heavy on my mind with all the rising prices. This kind of video is so helpful for me and I am sure many others right now. I try to budget best I can but I know I can always learn more. I make cooking videos too so you know I’m making lots of food so every penny I can save on groceries counts. I hope that we can continue to learn from each other. Never stop learning and growing!
Im not a vegan nor am i a vegeterian but my god that burger has to be one of the best burgers ive ever tasted in my life. Quite honestly i couldnt believe my friend when he told me it was vegan. 10/10
I have seen a ton of vegan recipes and my god....these are the best looking ones. You can feel free to make videos like this everyday!! Thank you for making this!!!
I tried the cauliflower recipe, but the 'batter' doesn't stick to the cauliflower, it just dripped down in the oven creating a weird mess with cauliflower in it. Any tips? maybe the mix wasn't thick enough, I used water and rice/coconut milk.
Just a warning to others.. the last time I made califlower wings I tossed them in sauce and put them back in the oven on parchment paper and the paper ended up falling apart and sticking to the wings! I should try foil next time.
PR Fitness maple syrup isn't expensive. you can get 12 ounces of natural maple syrup for under 5 dollars. a table spoon would be a few cents. don't @ me.
Thaaaaank you! As for the 3rd recipe, super easy to do bbq sauce: tin / bottle of pureed tomato, slowly cooked in a pan with brown sugar / stevia / honey, an onion brunoise (very small cubes - or blended if lack of time), a touch of chili, garlic powder. Let cook super low heat for 45 min. Boom, Bob's your uncle.
I am eating a raw vegan diet and find it boring and mundane. I am considering not eating a raw diet exclusively but want to stay away from grains, soy and oils.
I think I could only do fully raw if I lived somewhere tropical. It's not really possible living where I do, and I would find it pretty boring too since I can't get a huge variety of good quality fruits and vegetables!
These dishes look so colorful and delicious. It made my mouth water. I’m looking forward to incorporating these dishes to my meals because I would like to try out vegan and vegetarian meals more often.
you probably need to bake them a bit longer than 2 times 15min. when I bake fries in the oven it takes like 30-45min. it also depends on how big you cut them!
I made the veggie patties, but I didn't have a food processor so I mixed everything by hand. It came out more textured than expected bc I didn't finely chop the green onion & bell pepper. I also think I should have blended the oats to a powder. The end result tastes great! It tastes like a previous veggie burger I've eaten before
It doesn't count as $1.95 meal if you have to buy the whole bag of produce/box of whatever for each item. Just because you use $1.95 worth of stuff for the meal doesn't mean that's how you can buy it at the store.
The idea is that you buy the produce and repeatedly use the ingredients so you only need to go to the grocery store 3 or less times a month, becuase the products can be spread out. It's way cheaper than buying veggie burgers pre packaged or going out to eat. The only way you're going to spend less than $3 a meal if if you're buying ramen or something
Really appreciate the wing tutorial. I'm preparing to make the vegan transition and i had no idea there was a way to imitate the concept. Thanks a million!!!
I love your channel so much ! I'm starting a 21 days vegan challenge and I'm so excited to try your recipies. You make veganism less scary and more fun and easy!
that's per serving. Usually you have to buy more than 1 serving at a time of course...but this is to educate people that a vegan diet isn't necessarily more expensive than a traditional meat based diet.
Wth? $1.95 for the first meal? You can't list all these different types of spices and not add that to the price of the meal. Let alone think you can get bread/can of beans/bellpepers (the colored which are more expensive than the green) on top of all the ingredients for the potatoes for $1.95?! Clearly you didn't think this video out, you can't price things on the "amount you used" if you have to BUY the ingredients first in order to measure/price the amount you used. The food looks amazing, but seriously don't patronize ppl for thinking vegan food is too expensive and then offer up this poorly thought out solution. Raise the price points and this video is gold.
I'm showing people who buy a week's worth of groceries, thinking it is very expensive, how far each ingredient can go. And compared to a meal at a restaurant, how cheap each home cooked meal is. I am aware people have to buy the ingredients as a whole first, but it doesn't make sense to show people the cost of a whole order and then use a tiny bit in a video. Often when I buy spices and other ingredients like that, my grocery bill is high and I feel skeptical about buying certain items. But when I think about the cost per meal, it feels like it is totally worth it. So even though this isn't how you would have done it, most people have found it helpful to think about it in the way I presented.
she almost uses the same things in each meal so if you bought the full size ingredients for about 10 bucks you can have about 3 meals so she is right since they are similar ingredients the title is correct. separately it might not make any sense but all together it will probably cost approximately 3 dolars per meal
She did include the cost of the spices in the cost analysis. she just included the amount that she used, which is appropriate. Many grocery stores where I live sell spices bulk and you can go in and purchase a tbsp worth if needed. Obviously I buy more and keep it on hand for other recipes, but I agree that only the amount used should be shown in the price analysis.
Emily MacDonald Well. Vegan foods aren't always healthy so yes, there is such thing as being an overweight vegan. I won't disagree there. Metabolic damage is also a common reason as people are recovering from a lifetime of dieting and restriction. But your body can't become obese/overweight if your diet consists of whole plant foods and you exercise; at least walk for a half an hour each day. Healthy vegans have very efficient bodies. You can't get fat off of spinach or potatoes unless you literally consume a truck load every meal or restrict yourself.
I am trying to encourage my boyfriend to eat healthier and so he said he would eat something healthy if we could cook it together. We couldn't afford to go to prom this year so we decided that tonight was the night. I chose to make the pub burger; he thought that he was going to hate it, but it pleasantly surprised both of us when we found that it was amazing and tasted pretty legitimately like meat. We even tricked both of his brothers into believing they were meat patties! (Obviously we told them after they took the first few bites, they didn't even care because they were just that good :D) The best part is now he is way more into the idea of eating at least a primarily plant- based diet! Yeeeeyyyy! If you're trying to introduce some of your plant-based foods to meat eater friends, I 100% recommend this. Thank you so much for posting this Olivia!
I should note that getting all the ingredients costed me like 30 bucks though. Her claim of it being 1.95 dollars is a reeaaallllll stretch there. Fed five people though, and had enough leftover ingredients to make another batch. So, I mean, I guess it's still about 3 dollars a burger. Btw if you guys haven't tried Ripple Pea Milk it's fantastic, and you definitely should.
i love making veggie burgers with black beans, green, yellow, and red chopped peppers, red onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, adobo, breadcrumbs, and bbq sauce! too good, and has a really nice meaty barbecue smoked flavor! definitely recommend you try it :) you can add your own spin and put whatever veggies/spices you like, but the combination i put above is my favorite :)
i forgot corn! corn is so good in them haha :)
What is adobo?
Girl thank you for reminding me of adobo (: and the corn sounds like a great addition!
its a complete seasoning
love it!!
A tip for black bean burgers: cook the beans in the oven first! It makes the texture of the burger so much better. I just open a can of black beans, put them in a spread out layer on a baking sheet and cook for like 20 minutes on like 350. Then just blend ingredients like normal.
Defiantly ganna try that. Thx👌🏼😃
nice i'm gonna try that for my black bean burger recipe! :)
wow thanks for the tip! I would have never thought of that!
Do you let it cool first.
I would recommend pineapple with the bean burgers it's what I do with mine and it changes the game
Do you put the pineapple alongside the pepper in the veggie balls ?
No add a slice or ring of pineapple at the end on top of the finished burger like you would with a leaf of lettuce for example
Ahh I definitely need to try this! Thanks :)
Yea, that seems great, thank you !
omg THAT SOUNDS AMAZING
for sauces you can use avocado, vegan mayo, garlic paste, tahini mixed with lemon and herbs, tomato sauce, etc.
...and pesto, olive spread, guacamole, mustard, pickle relish...
pesto has cheese in it
You can make your own cheese free pesto pretty easily! (if you want that cheese flavor adding nutritional yeast is always a good idea)
Not mine but I do put some nutritional yeast in with walnuts , basil, garlic and sea salt... That's my recipe and everyone loves it...
Your recipes are beautiful and I'm watching this at 3 am craving all of the foods.
Yeah, mee too, it's midnight here :D
same
niceonefransi I am going to try some
niceonefransi
My life right now

ikr and im so fussy/picky eater ugh
It's amazing that you are trying though! Every vegan/veggie meal helps

love it!!
that cauliflower looks so delicious oh my goodness ! I'm a college student on a very tight budget so yes, please make more videos like this!
oh the burger looks delicious! definitely gonna try it!
actually all look so tasty oh god this video is a gem
yasmine Elhamy Habebty, it's not falafel. it's similar 😊 P.S. I'm vegan and my boyfriend is an Arab. He cooks falafel for me 💪😊😘
You're a genius that veggie burger came out nice and firm. The pepper made a big taste difference. I enjoyed it thank you
yes I love adding peppers :)
Karen L I don't like raw peppers, can you really tell that flavour?
Where are your million subscribers??? I have been eating all your recipes the last few weeks and am loving these videos!! Keep them up!!
hahaha I don't know! I'm happy just to have you guys here though
Liv, I'm absolutely loving all your vegan recipes at the moment, especially the bento ones! You really inspire to get a bento and recreate them! xxx
I made the cauliflower wings and they were AMAZING. They were incredibly quick to make, too! Use roasted pepper for the patty may be even tastier but this look fabulous too! 🙂💞
yes definitely!
great idea!
I just discovered your channel recently and it has been so helpful! Love this video ❤️

Freeze it. I make all my own food for a week sometimes 2 and freeze it. I cook only 2-4 times month.
Loved this video! Yes please do some more of these! 😍
I would totally try this.. But each of these meals would be about $20+ where I'm from..
Where are you from?
Hannah Tracy Hawai`i
Same!
Try searching for recipes with produce that's local to you, because those tend to be cheaper
me too, I'm from Honduras :v
You’re so pretty agh and thanks for the helpful tips ❤️
I feel like meat is expensive though so I think people who want to go vegan can don't on a same budget, no excusessss 😋
I made the Pub-Style burgers and fries, and my whole family LOVED it! So easy, and very delicious. yes!
omg the noodles are a must! you need to do more videos like this!
The Dragon Noodles looked super tasty
Are you kidding? They look so damn bland 😂
I made this today! The burgers, fries, cauliflower wings!! I was so surprised and my boyfriend LOVED IT!! Thank you so so much for your awesome recipes!
I made the burgers, they were so good. Thanks 💘
I love that you cook the wings in the oven and don't deep fry! Definitely trying this recipe out.
2 years into veganism now and I still come back to this video regularly to make these dragon noodles! So good!!! I also love adding brocolli. Yummm!
the cauliflower recipe is interesting. I must try it. just subd 😊
yes, absolutely try it, it's amazing!!!
it is amazing I Followed the hot for foods recipe they have a sauce on the side and I use hot sauce sooo good
pjacksone
I did the pub-style burgers and here's my input. I recommend using flower and cook them on the stove top it was hard keeping its shape. And I would use organic stone ground mustard
Will try all of them. Cauliflower wings for football Sunday!
love it!
Weather you're baking or frying (unless it's something super saucy), I highly HIGHLY recommend adding any herbs like oregano, parsley, so on about 3/4 of the way through because it tends to burn and give off flavors.
I love this video! I like how thorough you were in breaking down the cost of all the items
not going to lie, I haven't done "mental math" in that quantity in a while so it was a good refresher for me hahaha
those burgers look UHMAZING! I always want to create my own recipes and have no idea where to start!
am I the only who thinks she looks a little like Brooklyn and Bailey?
especially the eyes lol
I was just thinking the same thing!!!!
that was my first thought!!
Emely hernandez I knew her face looked familiar 🤔
Emely hernandez that was literally my first thought when I first saw her
How have I (as a vegan) never ever thought of any of these recipes!? They're awesome!
amazing recipes, I definitely will try the burgers!!
just a little info: foil needs a lot of energy in the making process and is pretty bad for the environment, I recommend regular parchment paper, it's a lot more eco friendly and still non stick!

i love seeing these vegan meals on a budget because they give me so much insparation for new meals and keep veganism a fresh fun experience everytime. also the "on a budget" meals tend to be quicker than adding alot of the other ingredients
Thank you for this so much. I am vegan because of newly developed allergies and it is hard being a college student on a budget. Love you 😘
Well I hope these recipes work for you!
Most things that need an oven you can use over fire/heat and a slow cooker/crock pot
Yes definitely! Do you have a stove or toaster oven or anything?
+Liv's Healthy Life yup, I do have those :)
okay perfect :) I will keep that in mind!
Thank you for sharing this budget friendly recipe. Budgeting better with my groceries has been heavy on my mind with all the rising prices. I'm not vegan but those bean burgers look pretty good. I'm actually trying to cut out meats and this looks great.
Just found your channel today! I just went vegan and started utube and these recipes are perfect! Thanks!
Im not a vegan nor am i a vegeterian but my god that burger has to be one of the best burgers ive ever tasted in my life. Quite honestly i couldnt believe my friend when he told me it was vegan. 10/10
That's amazing! I am so happy to hear that! :)
I have seen a ton of vegan recipes and my god....these are the best looking ones. You can feel free to make videos like this everyday!! Thank you for making this!!!
looks really good and wow this looks so simple but i would need to have patience to cut and cook all this lol
I needed those recipes, definitely helping me being vegan.
ah i love this!!! keep the videos coming!
These easy every day meals, along with the lunchboxes, are my favorites!
love your vid. and the music.
I love these meal ideas! I'm a single mom and will be going to college soon so the simplicity and cost is perfect!
I tried the cauliflower recipe, but the 'batter' doesn't stick to the cauliflower, it just dripped down in the oven creating a weird mess with cauliflower in it. Any tips? maybe the mix wasn't thick enough, I used water and rice/coconut milk.
hmm probably wasn't thick enough. Was your cauliflower dry before you dipped it? Or was there some moisture/condensation?
it came from the fridge, but there didn't seem to be any condensation on it.
I really enjoyed your video! It's was extremely helpful!🤗
add some more flour
check out HotForFood youtube on the cauliflower wings. That's where Liv got the recipe I'm assuming. Lauren explains it in depth :)
For the dragon noodles, a great idea would be to opt regular noodles for spaghetti squash. It's sooooo good!
Just a warning to others.. the last time I made califlower wings I tossed them in sauce and put them back in the oven on parchment paper and the paper ended up falling apart and sticking to the wings! I should try foil next time.
Hi Sarah, when we have made them in the past, we dip each by hand. It's pretty tedious but it keeps the extra sauce off of your pan :)
You probably used wax paper, it melts in the oven, parchment paper shouldn't :)
Allison U. I'm 100% sure I used parchment paper, but I could see how someone might make that mistake!
I made the burgers yesterday and the dragon noodles today and both of them are RIDICULOUS! Sooooo gooooood!
yaaaassss i just decided to become vegan so this video came just in time 💖
yay!! Such an amazing decision :)
That was great! Easy to do, simple ingredients! 👍🏼 thank you!
Where can I buy 1 table spoon of maple syrup? LMAO
at the 1 tbsp store!!! Just kidding, I figured most people have maple syrup or something similar already
well maple syrup isn't expensive LOL so buy it LOL and don't use the whole bottle on unhealthy pancakes LOL be rational LOL. any fucking ways
I tried making those fries tonight I used paprika, Italian seasoning, and salt with a little black pepper. Oh my goodness these are sooo good!!!!!!!
yes it is expensive.
PR Fitness maple syrup isn't expensive. you can get 12 ounces of natural maple syrup for under 5 dollars. a table spoon would be a few cents. don't @ me.
The cauliflower looked so good! I need to try that one!
Can you freeze the mix or the cooked burgers?
Yes you can and it works perfectly! But I would pre-form the patties and freeze those :)
the cauliflower "wings" look sooo good
Why am I watching this I'm not even vegan
Same but I definitely think it's worth while having vegan days where you just eat plant-based meals. It's super beneficial to your health.
You don't have to be vegan to watch - I think it's great with new inspiration :)
because... it's soooo good. nuff said😋
You will be...
Just because you're not vegan doesn't mean you can't eat these dishes.
Boom, Bob's your uncle.
tofu is really expensive and hard to come by i my country :(
just make the noodles without the tofu!
which country?
Denmark
make ur own
add remoulade instead hahaha jk ❤
The cauliflower wings look sooooo good omg
that burger is LIFE too bad i dont have beans right now :'(
I have been eating healthier since I have started watching you thanks!! ❤️❤️
I am eating a raw vegan diet and find it boring and mundane. I am considering not eating a raw diet exclusively but want to stay away from grains, soy and oils.
check out Kate Flowers videos!
check out mango island mamma! i dont eat raw but shes the only person whose recipes ive wanted to try
+Sae Hyatt thanks
+Nicole T thanks
I think I could only do fully raw if I lived somewhere tropical. It's not really possible living where I do, and I would find it pretty boring too since I can't get a huge variety of good quality fruits and vegetables!
These dishes look so colorful and delicious. It made my mouth water. I’m looking forward to incorporating these dishes to my meals because I would like to try out vegan and vegetarian meals more often.
so how long total did you cook the fries ?
15min
you probably need to bake them a bit longer than 2 times 15min. when I bake fries in the oven it takes like 30-45min. it also depends on how big you cut them!
These recipes are looking so easy! I'm definitely give them a try.
Under 3$ like everything bought in bulk and divided onto meals?
edymasta , yes, each meal works out to $3 Canadian.
all the recipes in this video are so perfectttt omg i tried them all
Remember us little ones when your channel blows up ;)
I made the veggie patties, but I didn't have a food processor so I mixed everything by hand. It came out more textured than expected bc I didn't finely chop the green onion & bell pepper. I also think I should have blended the oats to a powder.
The end result tastes great! It tastes like a previous veggie burger I've eaten before
Lol the first one actually cost me 16.80$ Lol i not judging cause it was yum as hell:)
Oh lol yea then it only cost bout $3 lol
OMG....just made the dragon noodle recipe ....so good! x
Do you cook the burgers 45 minutes on each side? Or 4 minutes on each side? 45 minutes sounds very long, but I think that's what I understood.
nono! 4 to 5 minutes haha. Like between 4 and 5!
Liv's Healthy Life how much parsley ,Oregon and garlic?
missbeckwith93 nope, 45 minutes on each side sounds right to me.
lmao i thought she said 45 mins too!!! i was like wtf!!!! dats doin too much!!!
I'm seriously loving all your recipe/lunch idea videos! I'm so happy that I found your channel!
It doesn't count as $1.95 meal if you have to buy the whole bag of produce/box of whatever for each item. Just because you use $1.95 worth of stuff for the meal doesn't mean that's how you can buy it at the store.
Ghost With the Most right
The idea is that you buy the produce and repeatedly use the ingredients so you only need to go to the grocery store 3 or less times a month, becuase the products can be spread out. It's way cheaper than buying veggie burgers pre packaged or going out to eat. The only way you're going to spend less than $3 a meal if if you're buying ramen or something
You can buy things in bulk
Bruh I don't have a food processor, and I'm talking bout like $6.22 until Friday....... This is bs
I am going to try the veggie patty for lunch. Thanks tor the amazing recipes liv. 😻
Us must be cheap af! There is no way i could find the ingredience only for the burger for under 10$
it's based per serving
i dont know if she lives in the us bht her accent seemed canadian to me..
miss norf its difficult to calculate per serving when you are living on your own because I cant get small portions just for me. (Sorry for english)
She is definitely Canadian, all the brands she uses are Canadian grocery brands
Your simplicity is so endearing
I need to live in her house asap
Really appreciate the wing tutorial. I'm preparing to make the vegan transition and i had no idea there was a way to imitate the concept. Thanks a million!!!
You're one of the few white people that makes vegan food look bomb af! Considering switching to vegetarian/vegan again :) Thanks!
I love your channel so much ! I'm starting a 21 days vegan challenge and I'm so excited to try your recipies. You make veganism less scary and more fun and easy!
Best of luck. Hope you continue with it following the 21 days 😄
SO AMAZING
idk how much veggies and stuff ost where u live but theese are def not under 3$
that's per serving. Usually you have to buy more than 1 serving at a time of course...but this is to educate people that a vegan diet isn't necessarily more expensive than a traditional meat based diet.
the noodles recipe one was so simple to make yet tasted so nice
You should get baking mats to line your cookie sheets with. It helps to reduce a lot of waist. I love mine!
I'm getting fat just by watching this video.
U won't get fat of healthy food
um yeah you can LOL....
Emily MacDonald only if you eat more than your body feels comfortable with
Yeah. A lot of ppl think they can eat vegan and eat tons and then get overweight and cant figure out why
Oh wow your store is really cheap.
people have been saying its expensive haha! It's all relative I guess
