  • There's lots of different ways to cure eggs out there so browse away.
    This is a standard sulfide fire cure. upon completion of these steps refrigerate any where from 24 hors to 72 hours, periodically rotating them in the first 24 hours.
    you can also dry them after to the desired degree and or add flavorless Jello to increase the durability.
    red for salmon orange for steelhead (generally)
    once fully cured most people cut the eggs to size while fishing.
    larger sizes for salmon and smaller for steelhead. strawberrie and grape sizes for reference.
