    I have salmon twice a week. Halibut every other week. I love pan seared fish. I feel more connection to the cooking process and I enjoy the look on someones face when they are enjoying my cooking. I live on the shore of Cook Inlet in Alaska. I process over 200 salmon a year for my freezers.

    What type of oil are you using in the cast iron?

      Vegetable or canola dont use olive oil it will burn and taste bad

    I tried to replicate the searing noise exactly how it sounded in the video cuz I couldn’t hear his instructions and I ended up having a Big Mac with extra fries and Diet Coke.

    This looks like a beautiful dish however, the sound quality is so poor that you can’t hear the instructions.
