lots of nice homes and I in West Redding and I have one in Country Heights on Blue Bell Dr. 1811 sq ft. on a green belt lot built in 1997. I have lived here since 2005 and I am here for the duration.
What is the cheapest place to rent ? Just for one person
Anything Redding is the best to me. I have been following Redding since I was 12 years old when I went to the grocery store with my mom and discovered a homes for sale magazine called Redding Homes. I would go with my mom to the store every two weeks because I knew a new Redding homes magazine would be there. I have followed the city ever since. I used to visit 8-10 times per year but haven't been back since 2016. Still follow everything and love Redding like my home away from home. I'm now 43 and believe this in the year I will finally get to move (home) to Redding. Not going to miss the 2023 season of the Colt 45's and I haven't had a Dam Burger in years! Love all the new downtown stuff. You should do a video on that. I just subscribed and will follow your videos until I am prepared to begin my house search. Then I'm giving you a call!

The neighborhoods I would not purchase in are because of the extreme fire danger. The Carr fire was in the rural western area of Redding and it can become a tinderbox in the summer. I would look for homes in residential areas east of highway 5.

Redding is great. I just saw a documentary on Reddings homeless population. I have to admit, most polite bums I've observed in quite some time. They were honest, articulate... Even had all of their teeth.
Haha! The police have become very creative on helping them get out of the city recently. We are starting to see them less and less now.

How much power do they have in town as in laws, school influence etc? If any?
Ive heard about this area and this church and I dont even live in CA.

@@cheesecakefan4880 great question. After seeing how long it has taken Bethel Church to build their new building for the last 13 years people are realizing they aren’t taking over like some have thought.

Great question. Volume of homes sold has gone down about 50% and prices have dropped about 10%. Buyers are having a good season of buying right now. And sellers are still making the money they made in 2019
thank you for your response!!! i am asking because i put my house up for sale 44 days ago at the going rate according to similar houses that have been getting bought after about 10 days no one coming to even look at it i dropped it by 55k still only 2 or 3 to come look that i know of no showings i really want to sell this house yet not cut my throat I am looking for advice or some kind of help
