@@stateofblitz I couldn't agree more. What an intro: First drums, then bass, then add rhythm guitar, then synth, then add that awesome, addicting lead riff. Only then, does Robert start singing. Beautifully constructed song. It's 34 years old now, and I think I love it even more today than in '87.
This song does something to me man - that intro buildup with the bass and keyboards coming in and then the lead guitar riff starting at about 0:56 brings tears to my eyes. So beautiful.
That's the thing about the cure, they make you want to listen to their songs again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again!
How Beautiful You Are, and Lovesong are ones I suggest. The Cure are probably my favourite band, they have helped me through shit, and stuff, watching you hear them for the first time was joyous. Catch. Pictures of You. Lovecats. There is a long list. Mostly, though, I am happy for you that you enjoyed it.
"Close To Me" was the first song I ever heard from The Cure. I remember seeing the Video for it and it was so strange so of course I fell in love with the band!
A Forest is this band that dark trilogy Seventeen Seconds, Faith and Pornography is the true Cure sound but i agree A Forest takes you to another dimension or time and space.
Often a good song leaves you wanting more! Other songs by the Cure you might try are "Lullaby", "A Forest" or " Friday I'm in Love". They started in the late seventies and released a lot of good stuff over the decades.
It’s one of those songs that you can listen to on repeat 💗
One of my favorite 'pop' songs ever.
Don't know what it is about this song, but something just draws you in an you just want it to go on forever. There best song ever.
It’s my favorite song of all time. It just makes me happy for some reason.... the base? The piano riff? I do t know! I just love it!
@@pinupdoll97 it's everything
The guitar riff has got to be up there with the greatest of all time

Love them. Great group.
Try Friday I'm in love. Brilliant.
When this song first came out I didn't appreciate it as much as I do now. Just listen to it on repeat. That says it all.

She is by far the coolest and most real reactor I've seen yet. (besides Tyron Magnus).
What a great reaction to my favorite band. It is actually his real wife Mary in this video. I’d love you to react to A Letter To Elise by them.
The Cure has bunch of songs. You should listen to "A Forest" next.
I agree with this. Also try 'Friday I'm in Love' ua-cam.com/video/mGgMZpGYiy8/v-deo.html

It's always a good thing if the song isn't long enough.
First reaction video I enjoyed. How do you decide on the songs?
From subcribers and viewers or sometimes I would hear a song on a commerical or on Tic Tok.
Racing Kanan brought me here.
Please watch CUCO Keeping tabs 😄
Really?
