Drop the whole head of cabbage into a large pot of boiling water and let it cook until the leaves can be easily peeled back. Alternatively you could bake it with a tray of water! This will avoid the leaves cracking. The outer leaves are the best (the biggest) so try to keep those! I'm Polish and we make stuffed cabbage (Gołąbki).
I love that you're featuring other vegan creators. So cool. I've been a huge fan of hff for years now. I make like 10 of your recipes for the holidays and everyone loves them!
Great! only thing: the music is so distracting. The same kind of music that every instagrammer seems to play, with pseudo xylophone and happy drum beats, please no

Glad you like them!
THANK YOU LAUREN! You're the best! I could watch you all day :) The salad spinner for the cabbage leaves is genius!
aww thank you!
You also make healthy killer salads, but yes this meal is definitely a good light dinner.
Tofu and mushroom = Delish 👍
always!
I wonder if you add gluten free in the thumbnail for reaching more people on that gluten free life.. 😊
Freeze the cabbage head and then thaw and the leaves will peel RIGHT OFF! You won’t have to blanch them at all! Ready to roll!
Thanks for the tips! INTERESTING!

Mushrooms cooked in water are meant to be tastier than fried in oil apparently! (Check out sauce stache)
Or dry fried in a dry pan 😊
hmmmmmm 🤯 yes usually a dry pan, I add the oil later on typically.
Cook cabbage whole first a little… than peel off the leaves. Easier. Thank u for sharing.
oh interesting! I was just following the cookbook instructions
Krautwickel is a traditional German dish filled with minced meat, so to have different vegan versions is fab for fall! Thanks
Sounds great! so similar to this but with a minced meat?
Looking good👍🌳💚🌲☘️🌱🌿🍀☀️☀️☀️🙏
So nice of you thanks!
I wonder if you could replace the cabbage with collard leaves. (just a thought)
Thank you for saying pasta correctly! 😂

I find most plant based cookbooks suck! Maybe one or two recipes are good, never worth the price.
what about mine! Vegan Comfort Classics is a best seller, for real!
So many recipes seem to be overly startchy too.
