❤ Sadia
Greetings from Australia! 🦘Robin and I took a delayed honeymoon just after filming this video, and we’re now feeling inspired and excited to film more content when we’re back! If you have any video requests for 2024, pop them below! Would love to create more of what you’d love to see ❤
I thoroughly love your vlog style "Day in my life videos"-I can rewatch them over and over again without ever getting tired of it😂
Please go on the Wise Traditions podcast sometime.
Hi Sadia , greetings from Singapore
Please do a hot chocolate episode! 🍫
I'd love an episode on side dishes.
I would love to see a video about daily nutrition. How do you generally go about obtaining all the proper nutrients through breakfast, lunch and dinner? Do you have any tips and tricks?
I love this one Taylor! Thanks so much for the request, I'm adding it to my list 🙌
I second that. I’m really curious about the proper proportions of how to build a vegan plate and what the plant based food groups are.
@@user-od1kq2ef7u There's an old video on following the plate method as a vegan. You may find it helpful.
Oooh!! More one pot meals, please! Dealing with chronic illness means I am keeping cooking as simple as possible. I’m really happy to see some new ideas that fit my dietary recommendations (or at least I know I can swap out some ingredients). Thanks!
Hi Sadia! Would love to see some quick recipes that can be packed for lunch 😊
Oooh yes definitely! Thank you!
Yes please I struggle with getting something made for the next day because I only have 20 minutes to prep and can’t wait an hour for food to cool to pack
And also one for snacks you can make in advance and can easily take with you

i'm a new grad student and I'd love to see more quick 15-20min recipes if you got any more! Love your content, happy new year !
My favorite was how quickly all these meals pulled together.....and Sadia, that sweater is a gorgeous color on you!
Hi there! Would love to see a video on different ways to cook lentils 😊 I know there are a high source of protein but I don't know how to prepare a lot of dishes 🤭
Love your content! Would love to see even MORE one pot meals!! ❤️
Love the butter bean stew, especially with the temps dropping❤ as a vegetarian, your recipes are so nourishing and flavorful and diverse❤
i appreciate your sweet and simple intro graphics and music. i know that’s random, but it’s really reflective of your style, vibe, and the overall feel of pul. love all of your content 😊
Yay! One pot meal recipes from PUL are my fav!
I already saved these in the app to make them next week!
And I hope to see more videos about nutrition for vegans, all the previous ones were so helpful. ☺️
This is amazing! Thanks so much, Sadia! I love how they're simple, affordable, and nutritious! Keep up the great work! I've told all my friends about your channel 😊❤
Loved these one pot meals, I’m looking forward to trying the mac n cheese. I would love to see a video of you making different meals using the same ingredients. I would love to get ideas of how to create a variety of different meals and reducing food waste by using the same ingredients 😊
My new year is going to be full of gym time and building muscle. Would love to see some high protein vegan recipes that are quick and simple- just what I need when I get home and am starving!
Hi Sadia, I agree with day in life posts and lunches to take to work. Also I’d love to see something on eating out or when travelling - what kind of places do you look for and what you pick to make sure you are still eating to nourish you. Thank you!
You guys make my plant base journey so much easier!
I love the app and your videos ❤
I’m using the app and am loving it! It’s very user friendly. I love the grocery list, nourish function and the detail in the recipes.
looks awesome! cant wait to try these. Over the winter I keep a cubed, baked butternut squash handy nearly all the time. such a versatile, tasty root veggie
Hi Sadia, loving this video! It would be great if you could share some freezer friendly recipes this year!
I adore one-pot meals! These all look perfect!.
Love that you are telling us your little cooking tips on top of the recipe ! Those are so helpful when starting to cook :)
Thank you. I made butternut squash soup tonight w/a bit of my own touch & greens/herbs from my garden. Cheers
Hi Sadia! Thank you for such amazing content! In line with your one pot meals, I’d love to see some vegan sheet pan meals this year!
Thanks for these lovely winter-recipes, I loved how you squeezed in the extra little tips as well 😃🙌
I made the butter bean stew tonight! Absolutely loved it and it was so easy to make. It’s going to be a new staple for sure. Thank you!!!!!
I really missed a classic recipe video of yours❤ I’m looking forward to try the recipes🥰
I made the bean stew tonight (on a particularly cold night) and it was sooo delicious! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
Seasonal meal prep and ways to match ingredients during the week without getting bored❤
I just finished eating that butternut soup and oh my gosh, that’s amazing. Sadly I did not have any naan bread so a slice of rye bread had to be used. And it was great. I will get naan for later as I think it will shine with this curry soup. Delicious main meal on the work day. I substituted fresh tomatoes with 2 tins of crushed tomatoes. Initially I used 1 tin but it felt like it needed one more to be closer to soup and less like a curry. Can see how you could easily convert this to curry dish with rice. Will make it again!!!
I love your videos. So authentic and down to earth. We love your recipes and just signed up for the app. Thank you!☺️
This video showed so many tasty recipes. Thx for making a great video for everyone to enjoy watching and learning these recipes.❤️
Hey Sadia! I just watched the video and immediately decided to make the third recipe for diner, and I wanted to say, it was absolutely amazing.
Love it! Would love to see some possible toddler and kid friendly, easy plant based recipes ❤

I love the app! I’ve made so many dishes from it! And since I’m single I love the way you can adjust how many servings you want!

My favorite kind of recipe. The dill-line risotto was divine!!!
Hey there, amazing video as always. The butterbean stew looks really tasty 😊
I would like to see some videos for meals which are good to take away and eat while at work. I work outside and do not have anything to re-heat food but would love some cozy warming foods for winter.
I was SO jealous of how easily you peeled that squash - until the outtake! That's more like when I peel them. Ugh. So sorry you got injured. On a happier note, I love the recipes and I LOVE your sweater, Sadia!
Hello 😄 Never tried the ginger trick, thank you! I really like your recipes, so yummy and wholesome, real food and real flavours
Wish you an amazing day 🤩

Proper ! Loved this. Great work man 🔥🔥🔥 definitely feeling inspired. You put a lot of work into this 🔥🔥
always excited when i get a PUL notification :))
Made the butter bean stew tonight and OH MY I dont understand how you come up with such incredible combinations! Thank you!
I know right!! She has the best recipes! I also found some good recipes on CookWithAnna website
Love the tip about measuring out & setting aside all your spices beforehand so you can just quickly add them all at once! I am a young adult trying to learn to cook for myself properly and I always struggle with timing of everything! I am bad at multitasking (thanks ADHD) & don’t have much cooking experience, so it always feels like some part of the meal ends up slightly overdone and another part slightly underdone! 😢
Do you have any other recipes that are quick, simple, easy for beginners & don’t have a lot of prep or require a lot of clean up or various fancy appliances/tools? I work such long late hours that I often have little energy left to cook for myself once I finally get home from work. Extra points if they are low-FODMAP or otherwise IBS friendly! Thank you ❤
Good on you for teaching yourself valuable cooking skills!
If you have access to a freezer, meals like these can be frozen in portions then just heated up when you get home.
It can be a nice idea to get a simple stew or sauce base down, then when you defrost, add a protein source (can of beans/ tvp etc) & use herbs & spices to change up the flavours. Stops your meals getting too stale & samey.
Stir fries are another quick option (I prep & freeze my veg) which don't require you to use a specific recipe, just chuck everything in with some quick cook noodles & add some sauce or peanut butter.
I bet you'll gain confidence in the kitchen in no time! Have fun! X
If you buy an intelligent multi cooker you’ll gain so much time and energy and cooking will be so simple! 😊 I bought a Cookeo (French label) but there are others like Thermomix for example. It’s absolutely fantastic. It helps so much 😊
Love these recipes 😊 can‘t wait to try them out
I want to try every one of these recipes! Thanks!!!!
Yum! I’ll definitely be making the soup! Do you have any good slow cooking recipes? Would love a slow cooking video!
Yum, everything looks delicious!!
It’s been surreal seeing you in my country! Could you please suggest some easy recipes for camping solo & for two people? Assume we are using jetboil & similar personal cooking system. And packing lightly ❤
I'm literally wearing a very similar schiffli sweater just like you in the video. And it's red too.
Welcome back from vacay! Happy New Year!
Hi ❤ I would love a video about storing food, raw as well as cooked. I am often unsure about how to store cooked food for meal prep properly 🤔
If I could just move in with you, that would be swell. LOL Your videos always give off a calming vibe. Sometimes I watch them for the recipes and tips. Sometimes I just turn them on the background when I'm working at my computer and want something chill to listen to.
My mind is blown with that frozen ginger tip.
OMG that butter bean stew looks amazing!
Make a vlog in Australia!!! Would love to see what you think. You should go to Tasmania (Hobart) the food there is amazing!!!

I too always keep my ginger in the freezer, so easy to grate it. I also always freeze my chillis and just chop them from frozen to throw in the pan, No waste that way with them geting old in the fridge.
the butter bean dish looks amaazing
Happy New Year to you both! ❤😊
Hello Sadia! Currently eating the butternut squash soup 😂 topped with cilantro and fresh lemon juice! Holy moly!!! The crossing out ingredients function on the website was super helpful! Hugs ❤
