PLEASE do NOT go to a NAMS doctor!!
I’ve NEVER been treated so badly in my 64 years of life. Left her office in tears after being told I needed an anti depressant and a statin. I refused of course.Wouldn’t even LOOK at my labs! I left with them, came home
    And called Dr Tassone, 10
Days into his protocol I am
    ALREADY feeling better!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️🥳🥳🥳

Not every practitioner is the same no matter where they’re trained, I have had nothing but positive things to say about my experience with a NAMS trained nurse practitioner.

I’ve been using generic 1% testogel for years (along with estradiol patches and progesterone caps). Of course it’s labeled with dosing info for men but I use a fraction of that on my inner thighs. My insurance pays for it and I pay $1 for 2 of the large pump bottles every time I get the RX filled. However…. my diagnosis is gender dysphoria which I have dealt with since I was a child. I’m not transgender, gay, or ‘butch’, just a 53 year old post menopausal woman who never felt comfortable in a female body in ways that have impacted my mental health. I use a transgender friendly medical group that’s affiliated with a university medical system in Maryland. My T level feels best around 150. Any lower and the arthritis in my hands will flare , the crushing depression, fatigue, and all
    over body stiffness return.

I wonder if Dr. T would use testogel. It sounds like you've found something that works, that's great news.

So interesting! I only learned about gender dysphoria this year and it is helping me understand others in a way I had not. If only the medical industry would make this a priority for youth health care so many would be helped instead of injured. Thanks for sharing your experience!

My inquisitive nature would not let the lack of answers I was being fed to become final.
Thank you for being here, thank you for your supporting truth in women’s health and thank you for giving a flying fig. I am looking forward to our next meeting to discuss my experience thus far. @TheGildedLady

Having had a total hysterectomy, and being unmotivated, no sex drive, and hating this, i was successful at getting the Estriadol patch but getting care is impossible. You aren't able to treat me in Maryland. Do you recommend anyone in Maryland? Im not ok with a decreased libido, or being unmotivated to do anything. My doctor said she thinks all that bloodwork is beyond her. I cant see a Menopause Specialist for a year. Ill be 65 in a week and I'm single. I do have Hashimotos. I did have non working adrenals for 8 years. Im buying your book today but I need Testosterone.

I see a NAMS practitioner in Canada and have had nothing but positive experiences. I do think it’s unfair that you sometimes slam NAMS and their training protocols.

Hi Dr. Tassone, I find your videos so helpful and informative. I would like to see you, but I am in the process of moving from Louisiana to Florida. I see you are licensed in both states. My question is, after the lab tests and video call, can the rest of the appointments with you be via video call. In other words, it is not required that I travel to Texas, correct?

I’m in the process of becoming your new patient. I’m done with pellets. My testosterone had been ridiculously high for a while. It is coming down. All of my labs are “normal” by my former doctors standards, (except for the testosterone, which is still coming down).
I currently feel like dog 10:08 shit. Could I be feeling this way simply because my testosterone is in the process of plummeting down??

Same, one of my gfs referred her OB/Gyn here locally..after she shared that she went cold turkey off the Biote Pellets..so am currently weaning off mine at the 3/4 month mark since my last pellets. My new OB/Gyn does HRT..not pellets..had a consult & new RX for Estradial Patch & Progesterone..which I'll start next month..

Just curious if total is inactive then how come women get side effects like hair loss with a free of maybe 2.5 to 3 but a total around 200 and a sky high DHT and a high SHBG of 200.. it makes no sense to me
