Looking really good. I’m really impressed with this kit as it looks fun to make and seems to represent the ship really well. I have ordered the HMS Rodney in the same series and am really looking forward to cracking on with it.
Wasn't to sure about the blue decks, but were painted for the ceremony at Tokio Bay of the Japenese surrender. Paint removed on voyage back to USA. It's a good enough model, I see Meng they do a few 1/700 models but not a this price. The WWII aircraft carriers look quite good. Take care and have a good week.
Looking great Paul, yes it's mostly put together and already painted and such but there's nothing better than adding your own personal touches, and even clipping in tends to have it's challenges. The MENG USS Lexington CV-2 I've got will be given a few personal touches. In all fairness I think even the other MENGs will be good addition to any experienced modeller. Anyway, looking utterly fantastic.. great work done there, will look like the real thing shrunken down to 1/700 when done with skill like yours. Great work, keep it up mate 👍

Hahaha, i like when you say "put in the right way Paul", i see a man who putted a lot of stuff backwards and that mistakes hunt him until today! As you said applying the sticker, everything works great when you take your time, not only when modeling, in every aspect i will say. Great job done on part 2 Paul! It's a nice kit, and at £14 you can't go far wrong, I would recommend to use some glue on certain parts. Stay safe and have a good week 👍

C16 is one side, in brackets it says the other side is C13. It's the same with D6 on one side with D5 on the other.
