Paul, Cockpit looks really nice; you may wish to check whether a little bit of very careful sanding on the edge of the cockpit assembly that will be attaching to the left half of the fuselage might help the fuselage halves close up a little more neatly. It looked like you were have to squeeze the fuselage halves, just forward of the cockpit, to get the gap to close.

Hiya Paul. I do love a spitfire build. It’s definately a classic icon of its time. I have just done a Tamiya 1:48th one and it was very easy tbh.. Loving the detail and looking good, all the best mate, Chris
