    _ STEPS & INGREDIENTS _
    (Step# 1 - Cutting & Peeling Preparation)
    Apples / saib = 750 grams
    let's cut & peel them...
    cut & remove centre seeds part
    now cut into half
    same process for other piece
    (Step# 2 - Slicing & Soaking Preparation)
    let's slice them & soak...
    water / pani = as required
    make sure slice & wash fully
    slices layers should be thin
    same process for remaining...
    (Step# 3 - Boiling Preparation)
    turn on flame
    take a cooking pot
    water / pani = 01 glass or as required
    apples / saib (soaked) = as required
    gradually add into water
    flame should be on medium
    keep adding & cooking
    bring it to bowl on high flame
    (Step# 4 - Covering & Cooking Preparation)
    cover & cook (medium low flame) = 10 minutes
    after 10 minutes (uncover it)
    perfectly cooked (turn off flame)
    take out from cooking pot & shift completely to a bowl
    (Step# 5 - Mashing Preparation)
    let's mash them well
    make sure mash fully
    perfectly mashed
    (Step# 6 - Cooking Preparation)
    turn on flame
    take a cooking pot
    mashed apples = as required
    make sure add fully
    (Step# 7 - Mixing Preparation)
    sugar / cheeni = 01 cup
    food colour / khane ka rang = 1/2 tsp
    keep stirring & mixing
    cook well until become thick on low flame
    after done (perfectly thick)
    lemon juice / limo ka pani = 02 lemons
    citric acid / tatri = 1/4 tsp
    mix & keep stirring well
    perfectly done (turn off flame)
    (Step# 8 - Storing Preparation)
    take a jar
    let's fill up the jar...
    make sure fill completely
    it can be store in the refrigerator for a long time...
    (Step# 9 - Serving Preparation)
    let's spread it on a bread slice
    bread slices / double roti = as required
    spread the jam evenly
    ready to serve for morning breakfast
