Thank you Isimeme for the self care video, it feels really good doing self care again and taken care of myself, I used to do self care and always worried about how I looked and felt in my own skin but at my last job I couldn’t take care of my hair no nothing, I always had to work from 9 to 9 at night and never had time for me but I had to quit that job cause it was just too much and I caught Covid there from one of the works but now I have a job I love and I am back to doing self care and it feels so good and relaxing.
