Dental student here :) it's better to use listerine before you brush so that you don't get rid of all of the fluoride from the toothpaste. I get cavities easily as well and this has helped!
I read you should use mouthwash 13-30 minutes after toothpaste. does that work too?
@@meepmoop2308 if you do that, waiting closer to thirty (or as long as possible) would probably be ideal so the fluoride can get a chance to work! You can also use a mouth wash with fluoride immediately after you brush
Hi. Also a dentistry student here! Its interesting your point of view, but I have a question: as far as I know, its better to use it after brushing, otherwise the chlorhexidine only hits the surface of the bacterial plaque (and not the deeper layers) and does nothing to the teeth. What do you think?
@@angelicaastiz1893 Hello! Yes, I see what you are saying, and that is a good point. I had learned to use it prior to brushing in cases where the person is high caries risk and extra fluoride may be beneficial.

Isi one tip is to do body scrubs, body wash and soap prior to cleaning lady bits. Because if you clean down there before, all the other products run down with fragrance. So do your body, lady bits, then feet lastly. Love your videos🤍
Really I never considered that, I personally like to do my lady parts first because I wash my hands with antibacterial soap prior to washing down there and I do it first because I don’t wanna risk fragrances from the wash mixing with my honey pot

@@jadebaynes323 I say do what has been working for you...if it is NOT causing harm.😊 Perhaps see what the instructions say. Isi probably does the polish last to get the glow...maybe that is what the instructions say...IDK. I never tried the polish, But it looks scrumptious!
But isn't the Polish going to run off anyway? She is not rubbing it on her lady parts I don't think. I think she wants to get that glow And moisture, which is probably why she puts the Polish on last.I say do whatever works for you as long as it is not causing youHarm. I read the instructions 1st anyway to see if it makes sense to me, Lol!

This looks great! I brush for 2 minutes my toothbrush automatically cuts off ☺️. Loveee your routine the only thing that’s missing is SUNSCREEN for your face in the AM. Especially since using that Vitamin C it makes your skin more sensitive to the sun!

The intro to this video was pure QUALITY 🤌🏾. I literally said "OK Isimeme 2.0 ain't playing with us today" out loud! We see you sis coming for our necks! I definitely brush for 3-5 minutes. I walk around the house while brushing. I just started using an exfoliating bath cloth that I got from Target and I love it so much. Pair that with the Vaseline body oil (that you put me on to...thx) and I am silky smooth, yes buttery soft! And I love that a little bit of the oil goes a long way. I use about a quarter sized amount for my entire body. I'd love to see your the collective haul and #nightynight
love the video and that you are getting more into skin care! Howeverrrrrrr, sis imma need you to also wear some sunscreen. if u are not using sunscreen after applying that vitamin c serum then theres no point in putting it on. once you have the serum on your face and have been in the sun for 5 mins the vitamin c properties have been destroyed. if you want the serum to work efficiently then pls wear some sunscreen and protect yourself. love u isi. also, self care haul? yes pls. #nightynight
Facts and I’d recommend chemical sunscreens if you can get it. Jbeauty and k beauty do them the best in my opinion.
i love the bondi sands sunscreen, but it could be too oily for some people

Love this. 2 tips please please find and add a spf/sunscreen to your face as a last step for daytime. I've been wearing sunscreen since I was a teen. I'm 46 almost 47 and nobody believes it when I tell them. And for your fragrance...don't rub let it dry down on its own...it breaks down when u do that. You'll definitely notice a difference in performance. As always TFS 😘
What type of sunscreen do you wear on your face?
@@Groovykeke the only ones I've found that doesn't make me look super oily or give white cast are korean/k-beauty brands. "Biore aqua rich watery essence" is the most used. "MISSHA essence sun Milk" is good. Last 4/5 months I've been loving "Hello Sunday the one that's a serum" vegan/cruelty free -all SPF 45+, reapplied after 2hrs if out in sun
@@malia222 Hello...Praise God no one believes me either when I tell them I am 49+, and all I use is I've oil and in the morning I use Neutrogena ( with sunscreen...sometimes) + 🫒 olive oil. I don't get enough sun, lol!

Your routine is amazing you put me on a lot of new things I can't wait to try them and I do got to say skincare on the face I will say add sunscreen at least spf 30 every day or the year and don't use treatments to attacked acne or anything more aggressive in the morning do it at night and use sunscreen in the morning just a suggestion from what I learn from research love you!!
Edit: I just remember don't rub the perfume let it dry because rubbing it breaks the particles and makes it last less and you know we want all the content don't even need to ask Isi!💜

I brush for 2 minutes and mouthwash for 1 minute with listerine only. My dentist told me I had to use an electric toothbrush (one with a charger) because others don’t clean effectively. I get a out of the dentist clean with my Philips sonicare. It’s timed for 2 minutes and shuts off.

I had to come back and comment on the Vaseline body oil gel. That is the truth! I mix it with eucerin cream because I have very very dry skin and it keeps me moisturized all dang day. Thanks for that tip in incorporating the body oil gel.
