Thanks for the input. It sounds like you had a horrible experience. I have never used a QN90B. I started with the last generation QN90C and now have the QN90D. Yeah, maybe in some spots, but what about the loss of detail from everything being too dark on the OLED? That is a much worse issue in my opinion. Keep in mind, the camera being used to record the tv images does not look to be of high quality/high dynamic range (no offense Techosaur), so any really bright contrasting scenes like seen on the QN90D, will likely become overexposed, which will cause it to look like it is the TV that is losing the detail, if you are not aware of this. I suspect this is part of why he never mentioned any loss of detail on the QN90D in the video perhaps, and only mentioned the C4's loss of details in dark scenes (keep in mind that there is also such a thing as underexposure too, potentially giving the illusion of black crush haha).

But yes, if you can find and compare them in real life, that's going to be the best way to tell which ones fit your needs. At the end Everything I've mentioned is based on my personal experience
@@TECHOSAUR Problem with recording is that the phone/camera will autoexposure (unless you manually expose it to ONE of the displays) and this means one with be either over or underexposed. Meaning neither will represent reality.

@remygrandcruz idk bro my daily driver is the QN90D. Having used both, I feel it's better for me. I prefer its brightness and colorfulness, plus i got it for very good offer, I almost paid nothing 😅
The LG has way more 3D dimensionality to it, the Samsung seems so flat in comparison, also the Samsung has a little less clarity compared to the LG, so things look less pronounced on the Samsung
That's something I can agree with. The C4 could capture finer details, but the brightness is on the QN90D's side. It's dazzlingly bright in HDR It's a personal choice, definitely both have a space in the market
It really comes down to your preferences. OLED offers pitch-black levels, sharp image quality, decent brightness, and great response times. On the other hand, the QN90D, with its mini-LED, provides higher brightness in SDR/HDR, great (though not OLED-level) black levels, and decent response times for gaming. In terms of image quality, the C4 appears more natural, while the QN90D tends to look more vivid. Price is another factor to consider, LG's OLEDs are often priced higher, whereas Samsung frequently offers significant discounts, especially around Black Friday. If you find the QN90D at a lower price, it's an excellent all-round option. However, if you prefer OLED and the price gap isn't too large, the C4 could be a better investment. edit: GREETINGS TO THE PEOPLE OF BRAZIL 🤩

True, I hope next year they will fix viewing angles and panel response time. With this great brightness, black levels, and dimming zones, I think it will be competitive
Damn I just bought a qn90d 😢
What's wrong with it ??
@@TECHOSAUR nothing is wrong with it what so ever great TV, but I like the LG just a little more lol
@remygrandcruz idk bro my daily driver is the QN90D. Having used both, I feel it's better for me. I prefer its brightness and colorfulness, plus i got it for very good offer, I almost paid nothing 😅
@@TECHOSAUR ok cool I might just be wrong then, your video made the LG look so good 😂
@@remygrandcruz funny, i've been weighing these two up thinking C4 was my preference, but this video made me think QN90!
c4 the better
The LG has way more 3D dimensionality to it, the Samsung seems so flat in comparison, also the Samsung has a little less clarity compared to the LG, so things look less pronounced on the Samsung
That's something I can agree with. The C4 could capture finer details, but the brightness is on the QN90D's side.
It's dazzlingly bright in HDR
It's a personal choice, definitely both have a space in the market
Thats an OLED thing, self lit pixels can make that 3d effect.
I would like to buy one of these TVs, mainly to play with my Xbox Series S, which one would you recommend? I'm from Brazil.
