"He feels she set him up". UGH... I was told at 21 that I would never have children due to chronic Endometriosis ( 7 surgeries in 15 years). I was married for 7 years in my 20's and a long term relationship where we actually hoped. I never had a single pregnancy. At 39, I found myself miraculously pregnant. He was 48. He said I trapped him, knowing all along that I could get pregnant. It was all my fault that I ruined his life. His exact words. He wanted no part of my beautiful, smart, empathetic daughter. His loss. She just finished her 1st year of college with a double major and a 4.0 GPA. We definitely didn't need him, but my heart breaks for her. The sperm part of the child needs to stop blaming the woman, and take responsibility for their part.

I don't trust that at all. What I mean is, I have both personally known and also heard many stories of women being told by doctors that they couldn't get pregnant, only to end up pregnant usually later in life, like in your case. So I really don't trust when doctors tell a woman they can't get pregnant.
At least if it were me, considering I don't want children, I would still use birth control even after being told I can't get pregnant. You can call it a miracle or whatever you want, but many women still have babies after being given such a verdict.

Well when you’re planting evidence, I guess anything is possible. That is odd for sure. There should have been DNA on the hair clip. If a female or wife had friends or family eliminate her, then that DNA could have came from anywhere, especially if they are in the medical field. It could have came from a cadaver for all we know. The main problem comes from when people lie in the first place. Then you lose all credibility.

My mom has the same IQ, she is legally disabled based on her intellect. She raised both my brother and I just fine and made it threw life and still is just great and on her own, she's always lived on her own and while she has a different set of intellectual incapabilities and can have times of misunderstanding, over the years she has came in to contact with people of the same "caliber" as herself who can correctly and appropriately express themselves and understand more than she does. One's intellectual disability isnt anothers. What he chooses to educate himself in life on is completely up to him and while he may have been able to express himself the way he did it doesnt mean his lawyer didn't coach him. He doesnt even realize saying "I didn't mean for this to happen is an admission of guilt and then added on he's an innocent man. He also did drugs which also impairs your cognitive abilities, he was sober for how long at this point due to arrest? He had time to clear his mind from the fog of drugs and think clearer. The fact that they allowed this man to refuse a recording of the interview is very telling. There's a case going on now that was taken based on the cops notes and memory of the interview in the common wealth of Mass, that chick Karen Read, and their account of what was said and done does not equal up to the bodycams of the officers and statements of the witnesses. I think Massachusetts has a long line of corruption from the police. Not to mention the judge threw out a juror when they were hopelessly dead locked based on his conclusion of a phone call to a man with an entirely different case but there was proven racial bias and he refused to throw out his ruling for a mistrial.

MANY WIVES STAY MARRIED TO CHEATING HUSBANDS, that's the most common thing ever. They are often criticised by Friends and family. No one is amazing just because they stayed with a Cheating Husband, many will stay after the 1st affair. It's very common in Women. Men on the Other hand Do Not Forgive. Only a few will stay.
Those women will only leave if there are multiple affairs after that one affair. Some women will not walk away from a 26yrs+ marriage for another woman to have the Husband. Others will Not support a bunch of kids on their own. It's hard being a Single Parent. Then there are the ones who are in love with their Husband to let him go unless there's a 3rd Or 4th infidelity, they File for Divorce.

If she wanted to get pregnant, she could have used an anonymous sperm donor. If she wanted to be a mother she could have adopted. Instead she went with a married man…not caring about his wife, their marriage, their 6 children and she asks for child support from a, basically, working class man…while her father owns property throughout Truro who is financially well-off, enough to be with a 29-year old ex-heroin addict. Just because she was murdered - brutally, I would say - doesn’t make her a great person. Not at all. She was also educated and earned enough money to live comfortably in NYC. Then, the biological Dad can’t have the child after she was graciously accepted by her kid’s father’s wife. Yeah…this could have happened, that could have happened. As a small child she readily answered “who loves you” with “My Daddy!” I am sorry that she got murdered. But for all her privileges and accomplishments, I am not impressed with her.

Look at something that doesn't have any legal consequences: cheating on your spouse. depending on what studies you believe, anywhere from ~ 20-50% have cheated on their spouse...and that's against someone you know and love. people are way more willing to hurt and exploit total strangers...the only anomaly with people like this is that the risk of punishment wasn't enough to deter...but a huge number of us are capable given the right circumstances.

Why did her father have to fight for custody of his own child?
Are we to believe that a friend of the victim and not a parent
would be more suitable to raise her?
