Hey thanks for making the video. I started to play pick up hockey again and have played now for about 2 months but had about a 15-year layoff. I find myself to be excessively fatigued and overheating after about 25 minutes in. Is there anything I can do off the ice to build my stamina and endurance and avoid fatigue and overheating?

How many sets do you recommend?
3 sets minimum. 5 sets ideal!
So the weight of the dumbbell doesn’t matter?
Preferably a medium-level load, call it a 7/10 intensity. If it's too easy, slow down the reps to create more eccentric demand.
Would this help me explosive speed out on the ice I need to be more explosive and I don’t know what to do
