I am late to the party, but oh what a party it is today. Love this house, and you presented it really well . Love your thoroughness about the various features of the home, lot, builder, and neighborhood. I also love the traditional look of brick and stone. The open floor plan, provides a more modern feel to the home, while not betraying its traditional roots. I could not believe the price. I know that in many other areas of the metro, this house could easily be approaching $1M, if not more, and that’s not including a basement. Great job as usual. Gail in Gwinnett.

Very nice yes deffently a stairs on that upper deck also for safety in case of emergency my friend
I hadn't thought about the emergency reason, that's a really good point actually.
Beautiful house and not having close neighbors makes it even better.
What did you like best about this one Omar?
Beautiful house! There are things that I would want upgraded like the kitchen counters to quartz, apron sink and custom closets. Thank you Terence!
You're very welcome! Those are some good choices for upgrades Kathleen!
Love the look of the outside. But need the stairs leading from the deck.
Basements give me the heebie jeebies.
I agree about the stairs, 100%
Nearly perfect home
What would make it a 10/10 for you Jay
@@TerenceRichardsonTours if this home was situated on a better grade with a larger usable back yard this would be perfect.
This house is a mixture of traditional and open concept.
Definitely! What did you like best about it?
@@TerenceRichardsonToursEach room has a purpose yet versatile & spacious.
No deck stairs for security purposes
That's a good point. It's a far jump down if there's a fire and the other exits are blocked -_-
Rather the house be a bit smaller and have solid shelving and finished lower floor.
I'm over wire rack shelving too!

Hi Gail, thank you! I agree about the price, you get a lot of house for the money!
