This is exactly what i envisioned yesrs ago. The most rewarding feature, NO NEIGHBORS!!! For decades my family and i have dealt with the rudeness of people, and i spoke that when i build my dream home, i dont want any neighbors at least 10 lots down on all sides so my family can enjoy land! This is beautiful ❤

Grand Entrance is right! Beautiful entrance with the double wrought iron doors!! Entrance opens up to a breath-taking foyer with double, curved, and grand stair cases. Great room is right!!! Wow, I could right a lengthy comment on the great room itself!! Lots of large windows, high ceilings, stately ceiling beams, curved/arched entrance ways, three wrought iron adored balconies views down to great room. Great dining room for family gatherings etc. Spacious BdRs and nice bathrooms!! Overall, a great pick for a featured home!! Thanks for sharing. Take care!!

This house is stunning inside and out omg on the decor it is spacious in every room love love love the kitchen it so big which I love that the master suite is gorgeous the secondary bedrooms suites are stunning and

15 years ago, this house would have been worth $700,000. Million dollar homes were still quite rare. We're slowly turning into LA or Vancouver.

Yes 15 years ago I couldn't afford this home because the type of wage to have it working and saving money 💰 was out of reach but in this day in time I could afford this home with no problem because of the money 💰 I am able to make now.

I'm not a big fan of Texas, but must admit, they have the nicest homes. I keep thinking back when I was a kid, watching the show Dallas, and seeing JR's home in the beginning with the nice cut grass.
I love this layout. I would not change a thing. I would want this same home with furniture and everything.

This is a stunning Texas mega home; space well utilized and nice flow from room to room. Just don’t like Primary suites on the first level but I know is a Southern & Mid-Western US build things. I also didn’t like the glass see-thru entry from the outside into the guest bathroom on the first level as well but overall love this home. The primary suite bathroom is goals.

Having a house like this is my life goal
So far I only saw the first floor. Lot of pros and cons for me but I definitely Love the kitchen! In this price range, the master bath I expect to have more than a basic toilet and marble flooring can be so slippery.
And when showing a luxury home, get those plastic hangers outta there! It’s as bad as having a listing and not telling the seller to remove the 526 magnets and pictures from the fridge! 😂

I absolutely LOVE this home and floorplan. I used to live in Parker, in an older version of this floorplan! The dual staircase is gorgeous and gives it a wonderful wow factor, especially when it's decorated at Christmas time! Thank You Marcus for sharing! ❤

This is totally my dream home. 😍 Love how all the rooms just flow together. However, I'd make some changes 😏 I'd start with getting rid of the living room near the entry & make that room my office. The great room is enough. That 2nd office, I'd knock down the wall & extend that walk-in closet to make it a huge his & hers. And that upstairs outside balcony area (just outside the game room), I'd turn that into an enclosed gym with maybe floor to ceiling window's. 😊 Would have liked to see the entire house though, i.e. the garages & where was the laundry room? And is there an attic, because I see a lot of extra windows? 🤔
Just a suggestion... As a guy, we want to see the garage and or toy storage areas! 6 Bedrooms are great but I'm not going to store 100 grand in tools and guy stuff there! Just a thought ;)
This floor plan reminds me of a friends house that we built back in 98’. Looks nice on inside, but outside was totally different from my buddy’s house. Nicely house.

Pretty home. It's just very plain and sterile. It needs a pop of color. Maybe accent walls in a couple of the bedrooms. Everybody loves a white kitchen, but I wouldn't mind a pop of color in there somewhere, too. It's just too plain and all white from the living room all the way to the kitchen. Nice video. Very detailed explanation of all aspects of the house.
Probably $1K per month for A/C. I was paying $600-$700+ a month in Fort Worth for electricity for 3,500-ish sq ft.
I want fewer rooms and fewer bathrooms. I adore this house yet I would wish to make alterations. When you reduce the rooms maintain the sqft and make the bathrooms larger so it can feel like a retreat. After those adjustments, I'm ready to move! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😃😃😃😃
The air condition cost in Dallas for a 3,500 sqft house is about $500/m. I cannot imagine how much that one would be. Grand homes are amazing, local builder. Totally worth it though.

Beautiful home I love the great room.the home floor plan is to chop for me..i am a home theater guy,the white color in a theater will wash out the screen.they should have chosen a darker color for that room.
As beautiful as this house is. I’m not ever living in the Midwest for nothing!!! Way too many Tornadoes 🌪️ hit for me and Texas especially around the Dallas Fort Worth area has had its run ins with Tornadoes.
This is a beautiful mansion.Lots of maintenance,taxes,High utility bills.I would not want it but it is nice for anyone who can afford it.

I’m sorry but what an awkward house with a very small pool - looks like it should be a hot tub when there is such a big yard. You have to go through a bedroom (with stairs in it???) to get to another room and then game room. The kitchen, dinette and living room are all one long room? This would be a no for me even at 500k

Classy and Beautiful. I wasn't impressed with the Master Bedroom Closet space....that's just enough for her. Fridge space I would want something as big as a Sub Zero that compliments the kitchen size. How big is the garage?

This home is to compartmentalization . I do love the step down into each area but they didn’t utilize the space . At that price point everyone should have their own bathrooms. The backyard is close off as well. No fire pit or pergola for that much space. The master bedroom needs help to . The closest is two small because it’s big but not maximize for the space and they should have put in dual shower with waterfall heads .
I thought I saw Stairs to a Basement??? Also the Front of the Home is Beautiful but the Back Looks Very Plain and Cheap??
I seriously doubt it has a basement. Not in Texas.

I don't like a lot of extra fluff in homes or anything else anyway, so even if I could afford it, I probably wouldn't buy anything like that. I'd probably choose to give to organizations instead, but to each his own. Whatever makes them happy.

There are plenty of us out here who though we may be able to afford a home like this in general, with the insurance, heating, cooling and tax rates going craaaazy like they are and seemingly with no limits-would soon find ourselves regretting the decision to be tethered to such a property. There are plenty of income tiers between comfortable and mega rich.
As AMAZING as this home is I would have loved to see the 3 car garage!
Instead of the small small rooms I would just cut that out and make a bigger closet. Depending on the size of thr family ofc. But i feel like there are too many small spaces that may not be practical and too many doors.. I prefer a more flowy lay out . But beautiful property. You didnt say the cost. Also is this area in a hurricane zone or affected by flooding and storms?

love this home but would definitely make alterations... is there any way to get the floor plans? I'm on a path to build our dream home and I look at bookoo houses a week and love to take from each one so that I can make my dream home. I love the inside but just not in love with the back, personal I think the back yard should be made a little better for that price but hay whoever will buy it I'm sure will be able to do what they want.

Beautiful house and with my dream stairs but put all six bedrooms up stairs with their own bathrooms and bring all that other stuff down stairs and I notice that it doesn't have a basement and I need window seats in every bedroom

I love everything about the house except for the kitchen. Kitchen island is too small and the dining table placement doesn’t look right. Other than that, when do I move in?!

Dining table placement has nothing to do with the house. Bring your own table when you buy and put your own table where you want it to be.
Lots of "full on" things in this home. The home is a nice looker. I'd be more interested in the construction specs (foundation, sound proofing between stories, wall stud size, etc)
