Our ancient ancestors on the otherhand didn't; So they had to describe these advanced beings with advanced technology in the most knowledgeable way they could and that was to refer to their "crafts" as Birds/Chariots/Fortesses/Heaven and would refer to these beings as "gods" it's easy to dispute or debate this theory but it would make sense considering UAP's/UFO's exist in our time and on our planet. They have been here longer than us "humans" have, because we were created in their image.
