Great Tutorial, Got mine done in no time. Did not have to remove Fan either. Thanks
Thank you so much. I changed mine today as well as the Thermostat. All working great now.
Excellent, thorough and professional level instruction. Many thanks,
Thank you for the video! Very thorough! I completed without removing the fan and fan shroud, as well as the air snorkel.
amazing video , no nonsense and easy to follow... i was able to do it without moving the fan , loosing up the trans cooler lines on the bottom frame rail helped
Great instruction vid. Worked great for me. I placed a few of the fan bolts back to hold the pulley in place and did nit remove thermostat. I did this repair twice. I recommend Orem radiator. Avoid mishimoto
Excellent video! Thanks!
Like always excellent video and teaching thank you .
Enri thank you!
i notice your Spectra Premium CU2580 part that you listed was a wrong part number for the v-8. The part number should have been Spectra Premium CU2581
Toyota didn’t make the V8 4Runner until 2003
Is their any transmission fluid loss?
Thank you very much great video
Very good video. We have a lexus gx47the procedure is the same correct?
Is the radiator the same on the six cylinders in the eight cylinders 2003 2009?
Excellent video! I’m in the middle of that same job now! It’s so much easier with my new Milwaukee fuel ratchet thanks Brian 👍👌🏻😀😉
Darwin W those ratchets make all the difference don't they?
How to Automotive They have made a huge difference! I’ve used them all weekend long!
Grettings. My 4runner 2003 ac started to blow hot air on the drivers side since the radiator was replaced
4.0 l. V6. 4runner
Did the ac gas has gone away.. Can some. One help me with this problem??
Thank you for the helpful tutorial..I am curious what would be the cost for such repaired?
Hello How to Automotive I'm looking at acquiring a 2005 4runner v8 it's been sitting for 2 years unfortunately. Should I ressurect this vehicle by towing it to a mechanic or stay far away?
Great video,, I was. Able to leave thermostat in.
Thanks for the vid. How come there no transmission fluid that leaked when you disconnected the two lines? Thanks
Radius when you take the lines off it’ll leak an ounce or two but not much. Now if you were to start the engine it would dump all the fluid out.
2002 is a 3rd gen 2003 to 2009 is the gen 4 and only the gen 4 had the 4.7L iforce V8
Not taking out the fan or unbolting the thermostat but everything else was good
You don't have to take the fan off you can just push it and the shroud foward and remove the lower large hose. I didn't have the tool to take the fan off so I improvised.
Do you need to clamp the transmission cooler lines?
No need to remove the fan shroud and fan to do this job.
This guy sponsored by Milwaukee or somethin.?. lol.
