Heard this on NPR. Sadly, I don't think this will be changed in my lifetime, and I'm of the 90s. We are too reliant on plastic materials, from every day products to food storage to even transportation.
The chemicals in our blood points out something that I've been mulling on for a while - fertility rates among women in the US (and probably in Europe) are falling and more and more couples are struggling to conceive. Could the chemicals (both currently active and banned) in our environments be having an effect on fertility and cancer rates?
Might borrow some of your facts for our presentations to raise awareness!
