    Thank you, I am recovering from surgery and was very weak. I started with your 10 minute, than 15 minute and now I can do your 25 minute workout. Thank you, I am getting stronger!

Starting with shorter workouts and gradually increasing your time is an excellent strategy. You're doing amazing, and we are sure your strength will keep growing!     This was great. I have only just started to exercise after leading a very sedentary life following cancer. I have put on a lot of weight and decided to try and lose some. This is the only exercise routine I have managed to complete to the end. Thank you so much you so much for sharing ❤

    I was injured after I lost my balance and hit my head on the asphalt.I was going to the gym and doing weights before but I had to stop because my head was spinning. I'm trying to do these exercises more gently.

    It's very affective exercises my son have stroke four times and his left hand and left leg is not working well and he has started to do these exercises and hope his .muscles become stronger and he will walk well
