This was great. I have only just started to exercise after leading a very sedentary life following cancer. I have put on a lot of weight and decided to try and lose some. This is the only exercise routine I have managed to complete to the end. Thank you so much you so much for sharing ❤

I was injured after I lost my balance and hit my head on the asphalt.I was going to the gym and doing weights before but I had to stop because my head was spinning. I'm trying to do these exercises more gently.
It's very affective exercises my son have stroke four times and his left hand and left leg is not working well and he has started to do these exercises and hope his .muscles become stronger and he will walk well
