Wow! I've been baking since 1982. I'm more on researching. I love cakes kaya pag maganda at masarap yung cake , itinatago ko yung recipe dahil lahat yun ay tried and tested. Yung pong pamamaraan ninyo ay kaiba at kita naman ang ganda ng result. Salamat po sa hindi pagtatago ng mga sekreto ninyo. Lahat po ng video ninyo ay papanoorin ko dahil na try ko na yung iba at talaga namang quality hindi yung basta makapagluto lang.

Thanks for teaching us your techniques of making a chiffon cake. I did try the chocolate chiffon cake it was good. Only mistake I did was cooked for a little longer went to 105 minutes so the top crust of cake separated but still was tall and fluffy. I cooked cake upside down on wires was very moist should it be like that.

The first cake I mastered was also chiffoncake at a very young age , made one a day because my little cousins and I gobbled it in no time. Somehow , Americans don't want it . In Mexican culture , it is transformed into Tres Leches Cake. I love Filipino cakes, pastries , kakanin . Our special breads are still the best according to my tastebuds .

1 recipe, use a 10"x3" round baking pan. Hald recipe use 8"x3" round baking pan. Same temperature. Baking time approximately 45-60 mins for 1 recipe and 35-45 minutes for 1/2 recipe.

There is a difference in weight. The correct way to measure using cups is to sift before you measure. If you measure by weighing scale, it does not matter if you sift it before or after weighing.

I suggest for cupcakes you need liners. You don't need to invert if making cupcakes. Just make sure you do not overbake so it does not shrink.

Add coffee mocha flavoring to your cake. Any kind of cocoa is fine for this recipe since you only use 1 tbsp. For coffee, use instant coffee NOT 3n1.

To make mocha, use basic chiffon cake recipe. Add 2 tbsp. instant coffee to the mixture. Flavor with vanilla.
