    I used to make pineapple chiffon cakes and used a tube pan a lot. My friends always request this cake whenever we have a potluck party or get-togethers. Been a long time since I’ve baked one.     Am so glad to see this chiffon cake , w/c is my fave ever , but I always fluff in making , and now just in time for Christmas , I saw the easy to make process w/c most of the other videos I'm watching is so complicated that's why I can't perfect.....thank you sooo much chef rose, be blessed always

    I made vanilla chiffon cake with your recipe Chef Rose and it turn out perfect!! You're right not to put parchmemt paper or oil the pan, inverted to a wire rack after baking and cool and it was easy to remove.
    Thank You for sharing your expertise in baking..An oh! The carrot cake made it twice already😊..It's now my family favorite cake❤

    I m so thankful / it’s been my obsession to learn how to make chiffon cakes / you were very articulate and very informative in your tutorial / maybe I would like to watch it one more time till I learn how to make chiffon styled cakes .     Wow! I've been baking since 1982. I'm more on researching. I love cakes kaya pag maganda at masarap yung cake , itinatago ko yung recipe dahil lahat yun ay tried and tested. Yung pong pamamaraan ninyo ay kaiba at kita naman ang ganda ng result. Salamat po sa hindi pagtatago ng mga sekreto ninyo. Lahat po ng video ninyo ay papanoorin ko dahil na try ko na yung iba at talaga namang quality hindi yung basta makapagluto lang.

    Thanks for teaching us your techniques of making a chiffon cake. I did try the chocolate chiffon cake it was good. Only mistake I did was cooked for a little longer went to 105 minutes so the top crust of cake separated but still was tall and fluffy. I cooked cake upside down on wires was very moist should it be like that.

      Cake flour is available at the grocery store po. They come in a box. You can find it at Walmart.

      It means your oven is too hot or your baking pan is too close to the sides of the oven. That is okay.

    Wow’ Chef Rose, I can’t imagine how you and your sister beat the egg whites using a wire whisk! 😩😁. But, for that age you’re absolutely right. It was sooo much fan. Chef, it’s because of you that I learned chiffon cake. I’m earning from Yema cake. I started giving it to a friend, bringing it to a party. And my daughter said it tastes perfect already.😄until a friend ordered. Started selling it last month. THANK YOU! THANKS A TON. Will always be grateful to your generosity for sharing your recipe.     The first cake I mastered was also chiffoncake at a very young age , made one a day because my little cousins and I gobbled it in no time. Somehow , Americans don't want it . In Mexican culture , it is transformed into Tres Leches Cake. I love Filipino cakes, pastries , kakanin . Our special breads are still the best according to my tastebuds .

    Chef If I will use this for cupcakes, (without the liners) do I remove from the pan also and invert the individual cupcakes? For how long?

      I suggest for cupcakes you need liners. You don't need to invert if making cupcakes. Just make sure you do not overbake so it does not shrink.

    Hi chef Rose, if I’m gonna bake this in just one round pan, what size should I use? What temp and how long? Also for half recipe, what size of round pan, temp and how long is the baking time. Thank you 😊

      1 recipe, use a 10"x3" round baking pan. Hald recipe use 8"x3" round baking pan. Same temperature. Baking time approximately 45-60 mins for 1 recipe and 35-45 minutes for 1/2 recipe.

    Chef Rose, if I want to make the cake the usual rectangle cake for a birthday celebration, would i just double the recipe? Or triple if its money cake?

      You can double or triple the recipe depending on the size of your baking pan. Just make sure it fits your oven.

      Use orange chiffon cake recipe. Replace orange juice and flavoring with water. Add 2 tbsp. coffee,1 tbsp. cocoa powder and vanilla to the recipe.

      Add coffee mocha flavoring to your cake. Any kind of cocoa is fine for this recipe since you only use 1 tbsp. For coffee, use instant coffee NOT 3n1.

    Chef just thinking, what would be the difference in sifting first before measuring and measuring first before sifting? I always do measuring first before sifting.

      There is a difference in weight. The correct way to measure using cups is to sift before you measure. If you measure by weighing scale, it does not matter if you sift it before or after weighing.

    Chef if making coffee or mocha, how much coffee to add to the choco chiffon batter? Do we add diluted coffee or coffee powder added to the dry ingredients?

      To make mocha, use basic chiffon cake recipe. Add 2 tbsp. instant coffee to the mixture. Flavor with vanilla.

    Hi chef just wanna ask i was going to make vanilla flavoured so do i replace the orange juice with milk? And add some vanilla extract? If so is the procedure the same and the amount i need to put?
