Ingredients:
5 egg yolks (蛋黄)
30g caster sugar (细砂糖)
50g corn oil(玉米油)
75ml milk(牛奶)
1/8 tsp salt (盐)
120g plain flour(普通面粉或低筋面粉)
30g corn starch (玉米粉)
5 egg whites (蛋白)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
75g (1/3 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
15g cocoa powder (可可粉)
Bake in a preheated oven at 140°C for 50 minuets. Then bake at 160°C for 10 minuets.
以140°C烤50分钟, 再改160°C烤10分

I just baked, but not soft , is hard, dunno why, still prefer chiffon cake and castella cake cos is softer
Mine is light and soft, i even use plain flour aka medium protein flour, if use cake flour it will be even softer.
