Congratulations on your decision to have GS Surgery. I had the surgery on 12/18 and am looking forward to becoming much healthier. I had to giggle when you said that in your mind, you were quite petite and had a reality check when you looked at pictures...I swear I experienced the same thing! I can’t wait to see the new “us” in several months. Glad you are feeling pretty good!
I just love how Karma stayed right by your side when you came home. He knew you weren't feeling well. Dogs are truly God's blessing to us.
Oh my goodness! I’m having the same surgery at the same hospital! So inspired by you!
@@vsgathlete omg yay ! I’m on week 8 of my classes then hopefully they schedule me soon after ! Im so ready

You both are such strong and inspiring people. Thank you for sharing this whole journey from just talking about it to recording right after the surgery and the follow up. I'm glad it didn't hurt as much as you thought. That's always a good sign.
Thank you I appreciate your conversational style, this helped me so much!
💜How brave ! Sending healing energy Jen’s 👈🏻 way ! 💜

You’re so welcome! Thank you for watching! I hope everything goes super smooth for you.🤗
I went to ed treatment for binging and purging before getting wls I gained 80 lbs after I stopped purging but I love myself no matter what size now. Just getting it for high tryglycerides and to have energy to chase my kids around.
💯
I am having VSG surgery on October 6 …..long story but hypo thyroid is my biggest problem, been trying to lose weight for over 10 years!!….Ps…I subscribed to your channel
@@vsgathlete thank you so much and god bless!
Horrible experience
I am sorry but the masks outside loses me every time. 😮 Try flipping breathing!!!!
Try shutting the fuck up. The hospital clearly requires them and for good reason. How a person could leave a comment like this on such a vulnerable and amazing video is beyond me, what a miserable existence.
I kept mine on when in close proximity to others out of respect for them and concern for myself. If I had gotten sick, the surgery would’ve been postponed. Breathing was very much possible but once I was running solo, it came off.🤙🏼 ~Jen💙
