I’ve had a bunch of surgeries from tonsillectomy to bunionectomies and I always cry as they’re wheeling me into the OR. I think more so because it’s cold, bright and I don’t know anyone. Then I make a silly joke, we all laugh and I fall asleep happy. Lol.😂 Sending ✨positive vibes✨for a smooth experience and looking forward to hearing your updates!💙

Thanks for sharing! I just had my VSG done 12 days ago.. I’ve only had protein shakes so far.. I am apprehending the next phase.. I have lost 10 pounds so far, but it’s mostly water imo. Do you have a suggestion for vsg meal book ?
