You know what’s funny about UA-cam… I swear it hears me when I talk to my coach. I’ve been training for about 8 years. I’m 47 and I started CrossFit in 2015. I moved into weights because CrossFit was a bit boring for me. I wanted to be stronger not just fast. Now that I’m older and have my heal concern the docs can’t figure out, I found Dr Melissa and I’ve been using her videos to help “treat” myself. Which has been WORKING. But the past few days I’ve had a bit of hip tightness TFL and THIS video pops up in my feed, “hey here you go! Try this”. It’s like this channel was MADE FOR ME! Thank you Dr. Melissa! THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS VIDEOS!!!!!!! I could HUG you!

Daaaaaay 1 ! Stretchy goodness after a frigid run this am. My knees are quite uncomfortable in that pose where your feet turn to the sides on mat... BUT with the help of some extra pads it was bearable and oh so good for my hips ! Adjust and modify I say 🎉

Im sure I would have enjoyed this if I had been able to do it! Unfortunately, I am not able to do anything on my knees due to injuries, so would have appreciated some modification suggestions...food for thought. I'll try another class before I give up on you.
Thank you for your feedback we appreciate it. This class is not focused on knees or sensitive knees, however we have a number of videos on our channel that are which you might enjoy.

Way to go! You got day 1 done keep it up! You could do 2 in one day as long as you listen to your body. I like doing a video like this followed by some strengthening like in day 2💕
Great short movement! Hips feel open! Not sure how to use the tracking chart... Couldn't figure out how to post and put emoji on it... 🤷🏼♀️
Way to go! Day 1 done & glad your hips are feeling open. No worries about the tracker it's more for you to keep you on track. If you screen shot it with your phone you can add emoji's to it 💕 Keep up the good work!

Wow,,, these were difficult for me... I have knee arthritist and wonder if Ithat could have contributed to the difficulty.
So many different reasons as to why. We have lots of knee friendly videos and one specific for knee arthritis on our channel. Keep up the good work 💕
Does this yoga help to reduce hip and back?
Namestey Dr. Mellissa, my hamstring are really tight, i do have round shoulder, very low hips mobility.i go to gym but i really want to improve my flexibilty a lot. pls suggest me which of stretching and yoga will be good for me.

Hey Gina! Yes this would be helpful for stretching the glutes and hamstrings but there are a few days coming up in the challenge that will target this area more.
