      Try to change your food habits also andi. 50 percent pains go off. Try to eat anti inflammatory foods. Watch my videos for salads and soups.

      Amma I believe 50 percent pains with inflammation. If we change food patterns 50 percent pain goes off straightaway. First sugar and sweets. Then next 50 percent pains due to our life style. If we change it we can feel relief another 30 percent. Remaining 30 percent already damage happened in joint structure kada. So it will be there slightly. So focus on food and exercise amma. You feel much much relief. Never ever stand more than 15-20 min. Just sit on a high chair and get up after 2-3 min. Thanks for your valuable time for the videos and comment 🙏❤️😊stay blessed

      Amma don’t give pressure. Don’t tap strongly. Just tap slightly. After few months joint permits to give pressure. Any exercise give pressure in the limit. After few months you feel comfortable to give more pressure.

    Bindu garu namaste. i am diabetic and thyroid problem and pdychological. problem too. recently i started walking and yoga online classes from a trained yoga. now i am getting nubness in my lower body. from thighs to toe. feeling heavy and i am unable to walk and also yoga due to numbness in feet i am not able to stand. kindly suggest me some yoga postures to get relief

      1. Body weight
      2. Your life style
      3. Food habits
      4. Exercise
      This four makes us healthy or ill.
      We have to reverse this cycle.
      Try to eat fibrous food, more coloured vegetables, min one fruit (diabetic free) daily.
      Do exercise. If you have knee or joint problems stop walking. Try to do stationary cycling, sukshma vyamaalu, suryanamaskaram 10 rounds.
      Balance ur food 50:30:20 carb:protein:fat
      Don’t eat outside or function food, maida ( products or sweets), stop sugars. Stop pickles packaged foods. Below I’m giving two exercises videos links. Let me know the change after one month by following all these. Thanks
