I showed 200 more very healthy soups, salads, vegetable juices. They all are very healthy and anti inflammatory foods. They give you weight loss and inch loss as well as good health. And tummy tightening after few months you can focus. First you have to fit body with healthy foods. Automatically overall fat come down and tummy also reduce. Then you can do core exercises. Only one part reduce I’d very difficult is tummy. Core exercises also very difficult. I will teach you in future as series. First start good diet. Stop sugar, sweets, out side food, deep oil fries, party food, stop all packaged foods, pickles, reduce salts eat more fibre foods, drink plenty of water. Balance with good protein, good fats.
