Bindu Garu! One month back I broke my toe and as such was missing your sookshma vyaayaamaalu. After passing of one month I thought of taking physiotherapy for the little deep pain that was remaining.
But last week, instead of starting physiotherapy I did your leg exercises just like that while viewing your video. Miraculously, that deep pain vanished just with one time leg-foot sookshma exercises. That one day leg-foot exercise made my leg muscles, foot muscles so stronger, that now , no need of going to physiotherapy. I wanted to share this wonderful experience with you. -Krishna Kumari

Hi amma. Happy to hear from you. Thanks for your kind words. I gave few exercises videos link andi. With this exercises you have to take D3, calcium and collagen supplements. They help 25 percent to heal knee pain. And food plays 50 percent role. Try to eat anti inflammatory foods. Stop white sugar, seeets, snacks, deep oil foods, out side foods. If you reduce 1 kg body weight knee feel 4 kgs less weight. Eat more soups, salads, less carbs, more water. If possible do cycling (stationary) don’t walk much if you have severe knee pain.
Remember one thing. Knee pain 100 percent cure is impossible. If we follow healthy lifestyle we can manage with 5-15% pain only. Don’t stand continuously. Sit for every 15-20 min. We can overcome burning feeling throughout day. All the best and namaste amma. 🙏

Amma water in the early morning no need of gap. I wake up and brush teeth and drink big two glasses water and start my exercise immediately. If it is solid food like lunch minimum gap 3-4 hours andi. Evening 5pm will be good time andi.

Good advice andi. Me also tell the same. And additional I want to say keep a thin pillow underneath knees andi. For few days. With orthotics water accumulates and knee stiffness comes during nights. If we keep a pillow under knees feel relax with good blood circulation and stiffness wouldn’t suffer.

Amma himasree garu I never tried ma. Food vishayam lo nenu careful gaa vuntaanu. If they take curries, if they spoil they feel so sick. I’m travelling they have to eat hot and fresh food ma. I don’t recommend curries. They can take snacks with them. But don’t recommend curries or meals ma. This is my advice. Unknown place snd travel that too elder people. We should careful.
