Love the window cleaning hack. Do you need to rinse? To store my linens, I place the sheets and one pillowcase inside the second case. I store that in the closet of the room it belongs in.

Brilliant ideas, and everyone knows there's always something to clean or frou frou around the house! Love the pretty wrapping for the TP. That one I can try immediately. I have a handy dandy robot vac but it freaks out our fur babies. There'll never be a video of my cat riding around on top of that vac. 😂 Hope you're having a safe, fun summer with your family. Hi Lisa. Great hacks as always. Love the tortilla in the toaster idea. My family would love those during the upcoming football season along with our standard baked chicken wings and fixings. Everybody could fix their own individual snack. Great idea! The window cleaning hack would be great of us too. Especially for the second story windows. I have some of those Dollar Tree bins too. And I use them for my sheets too- twin, full, and king. Have a great weekend. Don’t get too hot. It has been super hot here in Georgia.

I like the window cleaning idea! Someone should design a special hose nozzle to add the cleaner. I know they have those special bottles with nozzles to add lawn fertilizers.

The window cleaning hack with the water sprayer is a great idea. Like you said so helpful with large or tall windows. I really liked the way you cleaned your blender too, its so hard to clean them and what you did it really makes sense. I didn’t realize the caps were interchangeable on some cleaning products which can be helpful. A toaster quesadilla what a great idea. Thanks for sharing these with us and have a great weekend.

I loved your lid segment. I’m obsessed with what lids fit on what. A Pringles lid will literally fit on a yogurt container. That only has a foil top. You might have to trim a little bit off and they also fit on fruit cups. All I have to do is trim them up a little bit. I love the salt top truck. Were you cut the top off of a Morton’s salt and put it under the ring of a mason jar. I have so many lid hacks it’s not even funny I’ve lost count really

I loved you hack ideas.. but with the water hose I will pour some dawn liquid soap in the hose and wash my windows with it till the water comes out clean an it works for me. You can also store candles in a hanging over the door shoe organizers.

Love the colorful dress Lisa. I don't clean up as much as I used too. Old age is not for sissies!!!😢 Those are great hacks though. Like Florida, New Orleans sometimes gets fall in November, if we are lucky! Sometimes we wear short sleeves on Christmas Day!! So I just heavy clean for Thanksgiving. Another great video Lisa!😊

I would be afraid of electrocuting myself by holding an electrical appliance in water and turning it on!!
I'm retired hair stylist. To clean your clippers:
Fast way: hold your clippers sideways and drop oil in the sides while the clipper is on (hold the clippers over a paper towel)
Deeper clean: there are two screws on the back of the head. Unscrew them and take head apart and brush hair off each plate. Align the teeth up and screw back together. And then add a drop of oil on teeth and turn on for a few seconds. If you do this once every 2 months, your clippers will stay clean and sharp. I used mine constantly in the salon, so I would do this every 2 days.

That window cleaning with garden hose sprayer is good. I have been using my pressure washer in the lowest setting to wash windows. I use most of the time plain water, and even if it has a mode to use detergent water, I don't like to use that. This idea to drop dishwashing soap is great. If there is any areas that do not get clean, I can use the soap trick, not fiddle with the soap tank.

For fall, I take a fabric square, set a TP roll in the middle, tuck the edges into the center, and add a stem and leaf. For winter, use white fabric and tape on a snowman face.

Just an FYI I use Irish spring liquid soap the way you did with the hose and it keeps the bugs away

I have sprinkled baking soda in the bottom of a trash bag to absorb odors plus a paper towel with a drop of Thieves essential oil to absorb liquid and give a fresh scent. I had my kids clean my sliding door windows--one inside wiping horizontally and one outside wiping vertically, but I sure like your soap and water hack.😮

Hi Lisa, beautiful dress. Fun episode. Johnnie, my husband watched a bit with me. While you're displaying the toilet tissue in the kitchen, he sez, "she's keeping them there!" Hahahaha, no I replied hahaha ~ my favorite hack is making my own air spray and wrapping TP in pretty napkins for display 🎉

This would ordinarily be a tough choice as to my favorite, but I'm goin got have to go with the napkin toilet paper rolls. We have a short term rental and I was just wondering how I can fancy up the spare toilet paper roll for the back of the toilet. The other one is the window cleaning hack because our second story window is pretty hard to clean without a tall ladder. Thank you!

So, I nearly burnt my house down putting taco shells in my toaster due to the high oil content in the shells. Had I not been in the room to throw a towel on the flames shooting out and then throw the toaster outside on my paver patio, I would have caught my upper cabinets on fire. I still had to call the fire department to put the toaster still on fire on my paver patio out and it took them 45 minutes to stop it. Just in the few seconds it was on fire in my house there was a lot of smoke so the FD put huge fans at the front and back doors to get the smoke out. The taco shell box did say not to put in a toaster oven which i didn't read intil after the fire. So, I'm sure as heck not putting anything other than bread in my toaster.

Lisa, this is gonna sound insane but I clean with my hairdryer. That’s right I take my hairdryer to my bathroom floor and blow it all out the door and then I vacuum the hallway. It cleans better than a broom. Also if I have a dusty corner in the living room. I took my hairdryer, and I just blow it out to where I can sweep it up. I have also been known to blow off some dusty shelves with my hairdryer as well. I know it sounds crazy but it works really good.

Subscriber here! I have a question for you. I see how much white/neutral you have in your house. With kids in the home, has this ever been a problem? My husband and I bought a white couch that will soon be going in our only living area. I don’t know what we were thinking. We have 3 granddaughters that live next door. The oldest is 5. I will use scotchguard, but I’m scared! lol

I watch car detail UA-cam videos. The lemons do not work. What does his very very fine steel wool. I like the ones where they try all the ways to do it and show how they do not work. In the end they actually use very fine steel wool. I’ve tried lemon I’ve tried vinegar. I’ve tried soap and magic eraser. I’ve got to get that steel wool. My front window is very bad and some of my car windows are very bad. I think the soap scum would probably come off pretty well, but not the hard water stains.
