With 2 boys under 10 & a teenager I’m overwhelmed at times so I take magnesium citrate in the morning & about mid day Ashwaganda, also vitamin D3, collagen, cod liver oil, vitamin b complex & before bed take magnesium Glycinate Appreciate your thoughts on it. Thanks for asking it (and thanks for watching!) 🥰I've actually been doing more research lately on the intricacies of vitamin D supplementation and am planning a deeper-dive video on exactly this issue, so stay tuned for that, but in the meantime, yes there is some good evidence that taking K2 with your D3 will help to balance your calcium metabolism and ensure that calcium gets deposited in your bones (not your arteries)...it does also depend on your particular factors and your diet, etc (as with everything!). On another note -- I definitely understand your overwhelm (3 kids -- you're busy!!) so BRAVO to you for doing what you can to support your health and wellbeing. Keep it up!! 💗
