  • 🟢材料:
    青瓜 500 克
    蒜頭 2 瓣
    辣椒 1 隻
    鹽 1/2 茶匙
    豉油 1 茶匙
    醋 1 茶匙
    糖 1 茶匙
    麻辣油 適量
    炒芝麻、芝麻油 適量
    🟢步驟:
    1️⃣ 將青瓜洗淨,拍碎後用 1/2 茶匙鹽醃 5~10 分鐘,再把青瓜水倒掉。
    2️⃣ 將蒜頭磨蓉,辣椒切碎備用。
    3️⃣ 青瓜加入蒜蓉、辣椒、1茶匙豉油、1茶匙醋、1茶匙糖、麻辣油(隨喜)、少許芝麻油拌勻。
    4️⃣ 最後灑上炒過的芝麻即可。
    🟢Ingredients:
    Cucumber - 500 grams
    Garlic - 2 cloves
    Chili - 1 piece
    Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
    Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
    Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
    Sugar - 1 teaspoon
    Sichuan spicy oil - as needed
    Fried sesame seeds - as needed
    Sesame oil - as needed
    🟢Cooking Directions:
    1️⃣ Wash the cucumber and smash it, then marinate it with 1/2 tsp salt for 5-10 minutes, and drain the water from the cucumber.
    2️⃣ Grate the garlic into a paste, and chop the chili pepper for later use.
    3️⃣ Mix the cucumber with garlic, chili pepper, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, Sichuan spicy oil (to taste), and a little sesame oil.
    4️⃣ Sprinkle fried sesame seeds on top before serving.

      This emoji represents my embarrassed. I was resigned my last career at nov 2019 and waiting for an operation, but it delay and delay due to covid-19, most possibility will be delay to sep 2021, I'm no instant danger in life but it great effect to my normal live. I always cook the food which my son brought back to home.Every 10 days (or more) I go out once, that go out is very difficult to me! My fridge has a chicken and I wanted to make a Portuguese chicken, but there is no Portuguese sausage, ok, forget the sausage but no onions no potatoes no coconut milk .....🤣

      @@oe_cook I am very sorry to hear that, and I wish you well. Do not be discouraged! Have you thought about getting your operation done sooner elsewhere, like in Taiwan or Singapore? Health is the most important asset that a person can have -- worth spending the money. Now, I understand why you have been doing very simple home cooking in your videos. Consider delegating all food shopping to your son! By now, you know that I love food. If I may, I shall share with you my ideas for simple home cooking (not necessarily Cantonese/Chinese). Please take care 🙏!

      這些溫室青瓜都很嫰, 無須去核對(籽), 如果您買的是長長那種, 或者您買的青瓜太老, 就要先切開一半用湯匙刮走青瓜籽.
