In USA, we can only get this dish when we go have dim sum brunch at dim sum restaurants. But now, I can make it anytime I want. Great video!

This is such a easy great recipe. You could turn it into noodle soup also by adjusting/adding spices to the poached soup after taking the chicken out, like fish sauce, then eat it with ho fun/rice noodles, it’s kind of like a easy pho ga

煮了鸡腿的汤不要倒掉,把炸了的葱头放在锅里保留一些刚才的葱油,加入猪油或者花生油,然后把洗好的米放进去炒香,加入胡椒粉,酱油,蚝油一起炒,然后放进电饭煲加入鸡汤煮饭,最好浸十分钟再煮,一屋子都是香味。

幾好,簡單適合家庭做。 薑蔥蓉我更推薦的做法是,先刨薑蓉擠壓走薑汁,然後拌入蔥、雞粉和鹽。用滾油綻入去激發出薑蔥香味。擺凍之後再加小小麻油
That’s how I make my sauce too but with one extra ingredient - a dash of white pepper. Either way, good stuff.

1)浸雞水, 未放雞前, 可放返D鹽, 令雞味流失少D.
2) 4:24可以直接將滾油放入有薑蔥的碗,
一來使洗一隻碗, 二來用油溫熨香薑蔥味!
3) 如果不想冷吃, 可以把湯加骨再一次煑熱,
淋一殼落去先加蔥油
是的, 我這次做得不太好, 隔蔥油時直接把油淋在薑蔥是最好的, 您1,3的提議也是極好, 高手👍️

油可以用麻油花生油混合,炸蔥頭可以把薑片一起炸,最後油可以撈好雞皮雞肉才擺盤,重本少少但保證香,仲想勁D可以炸薑蔥油時候丟幾條鹽茜,紹酒可以再重手D ~ 哈哈~
