I've been toying with trying watercolors. I don't have the large santorini stones. Can watercolors be used on molds and river rocks? Do they have to be base-coated white before you use the watercolors? Thanks for all the great ideas.
Yes they can be used on both! I think it works best with a base coat of matte paint.
