Overwhelming evidence that Brian killed Gabby, stole her life, her phone, her watch, her van, her bank cards and abandoned her out in the middle of the wilderness.
And he drove all the way home without her.. yes it's him.

The police officer gave the van to Gabby during the traffic stop in Moab. Its her van, registered in her name and the officer took Brian to a hotel in his police car.
The card transactions proved Brian's alibis as he traveled home.
The van was found at Gabby's camp site near her body.

I still believe that when the Laundries went to the preserve to look for Brian and returned with his car, that they found him. Saw he had committed suicide, called the lawyer and he said let the officials find him. They took the gun, took the car, hid in their home as to not say anything incriminating, and waited. When the preserve opened up, out of frustration of authorities not being able to find the body, they went out there because they knew where the body was.
First of all it was not his car.
With what purpose?
What would be the payoff for the parents to have found his body weeks ago and just left it there for the authorities to find it? The Laundrie's had all those screaming people outside of their house for weeks. Why would they have wanted that?

And from the get go the local police handled Gabby’s disappearance like they’ve never done this before!! She’s missing and her van is at his parents house, he and his parents should have been brought in immediately as a suspect to her disappearance!! They had him with the van alone! She’s missing and her fiancé shows up with her vehicle a couple states away and is not saying a word that his fiancé is missing, a little suspicious? The cops had him and he would of cracked had they brought him in ASAP , he was mentally weak and a coward !!

the fact that Brian went home after Gabbys disappearance makes him the main suspect, he is the only one to have harmed her with a uncontrollable temper , and killed himself , he couldn't live without her, and the thought of prison was too much for him
I still wonder why he went home? Could have saved his family a lot of shame and hardship if he would have just ended his life after he ended Gabby's rather than dragging his family into it. I guess he wanted to say goodbye but that says a lot about him given the fact he stole so much from the Petito family. Very selfish. He certainly didn't deserve Gabby in his life.

Yes, and how odd they went on a family camping trip as if to say goodbye to him somewhere away from the eye of the media and the police. The retaining of the lawyer, the not talking,, it sounds to me that they all knew what happened. It's creepy to me that they and the lawyer knew the truth. If Brian was innocent, why go off and kill himself? He's guilty and was not man enough to turn himself in.

And while Brian was missing they didn't seem concerned they went about their daily life they were not searching for their son everyone else was. Than the one day they went to the reserve they come upon his belongings as soon as the water went down. They weren't in the reserve very long and found it right away

this has been addressed many times already. Get your info right. They were with a camera man and officers, and they went to a place that he used to frequent and also the water was receding , before it was covered in water.

Don't forget this fact courtesy of LE......BL DID use a gun to kill a person even though that person was himself. BL had a gun & used it to kill. They didn’t know he committed any thing. When Brian went missing, they had no idea that Gabby was deceased. She was a missing person and he was a person of interest. Who was also missing.
I think Brian went crazy and choked Gabi and felt bad and committed suicide. He had alot of guilt. I think his family protected him.

he struggled gabby by manual throttle strangulation he then wrapped up her body then dragged her body half wsy acrosd from whete killed her then drives her van nack home to Florida.
The reason he never got charged with theft was because they were in a de facto relationship. So even though the van was under Gabby’s name, they were engaged to be married, so it is thought of as joint possession. As for the suicide they would have had to have had very accurate measurements that would support that the weapon could be fired by the person holding the gun.

Because the person who owns the vehicle and name is on the title was quite literally dead and therefore couldn’t report it missing/stolen. Law enforcement has said this quite a few times, if it isn’t reported stolen by the owner, it’s not a theft.
His parents turned over all of their guns to the FBI yet acknowledge one gun was missing from their collection.
No doubt Brian had that missing gun and used it to kill himself.
So not interested in anything his parents have to say...too little too late.
There was a picture shown of his gun on the night stand of the cruddy motel he stayed in the night they were told to separate by police who stopped them.
I hate that a gun was missing and they had everyone looking for him and failed to mention that he was armed.

Possibly an expression of guilt but also an expression of grief. He may have been mentally ill but he loved Gabby and even someone that kills a person they love suffers from grief.

I wonder how they can determine that it was suicide when the body was so decomposed? There would be no evidence of gunshot residue on his hands or head. There was no note that they could find. The angle of the wound is irrelevant. Someone else could've shot him from any angle. Was there a bullet casing? Maybe his parents or someone they hired did him in. Suddenly they're saying that a gun was missing from the dad's collection. Too many unanswered questions to make such conclusions. All that can anyone can say for certain is that he is dead.

Much to the surprise of many who, logically, would assume that shortening someone's life should be cheaper than paying for it until natural expiration, it turns out that it is actually cheaper to imprison someone for life than to execute them. In fact, it is almost 10 times cheaper!

There is a photo that appears the gun was put inside of the white bag when his remains were found. We don't know who put the gun inside the white bag though.
They can't say this while under investigation.
Depending on where he shot himself if it rained heavily and the area was under water the gun could be in the muddy ground. Guns are typical heavy. His body could have been washed away, animals could have drug parts of him away. It's unlikely his remains were found where he actually shot himself.
So where is the gun? How do you rule suicide when no gun is found anywhere near where these remains were found? Do they have the gun?
The parents gave him the gun before he left, I believe the parents are guilty of lying to the police and helping Brian get away. They belong in jail and I hope they go to prison.

They say where the car was left, it was dry before it flooded. When the car was picked up, it was still dry. It flooded after that.
So, why weren't they told to look in this particular spot then if they were already looking? Were they in the wrong area?

Brian Laundrie’s parents were so cold and eerily calm, I think they knew from early on that Brian was dead. It wouldn’t surprise me if they killed their own son because he’d brought shame on them. In any case they must have known something to have retained a lawyer so quickly.

He showed a gun in facebook. So no news on that end. Who know of he shot her too.
Maybe Mrs Roberta reads tea leaves or tarot or uses a ouigi board. There's no way her and Mr Roberta walked right to the spot where their "sons" skull just happens to be. And then they just stand there talking to the cop or whoever that person was, calm as you please like they were discussing the weather. Can they tell if the gun to kill Brian was involved in the newlyweds shooting deaths as well? Maybe he went on a spree before offing himself. But I would still like to know why the parents took his car and left him. This all smells fishy from the beginning. #HEYJB & #HEYWALT -I believe that the Lanndrie family knew everything when Brian got back. I think they are a very close unit family and they decided to go camping as family to say good-bye. I think the parents knew what he was going to do, and wanted a last family reunion. If not at least before he went to jail. I think that family really needs to find forgiveness, because they were all part of this travesty. They knew he had a gun leaving, they knew he was going to kill himself. Thats why they never went to look for him, because they knew he was already gone!!! They also knew he killed her!!!

Any news on the notebook...Brian's dad said his sons gun was missing so he pretty much used it on himself...it's sad that both of them are gone...
I know that a lot is withheld from the public. BUT
Brian travels home to empty and close a locker / storage unit at approx $60-$70 month yet travelling costs way more than unit. Where are the items recovered from storage unit? Is there proof Brian actually did this? Why do this while travelling and not wait till they got home.
A THOUGHT- Did Brian get dental work done at that time?
When Brian had Gabbys van at his parents did he have it cleansed?? Why did the Laundries go and get legal representation all of a sudden? - They knew Brian killed Gabby.
The Laundries have a camp together yet "apparently" nobody cared that Gabby was missing!! Was the family organising for Brian to disappear? Did the family relative have a partial jawbone that he was able to attach some of Brian's pulled teeth??

Search for Brian was done for weeks even near where some bones were found! What wasn't the search dogs able to smell his body out? Why didn't any bones etc float or clothing when search party was looking for him?
Nobody found Brian then weeks later Chris and Roberta cut through brush straight to where a bag and some remains were located.
They were not emotional - they did NOT call for authorities but picked up bag and casually strolled to the authorities putting all their prints etc on bag. IF there was any DNA or PRINTS on or in bag they more than likely destroyed them.
Apparently there wasn't much skeletal remains located. With little skull or skeletal remains I wander how it was determined it was a suicide by gunshot.
Brian also has an uncle who is a police officer around the area also. The legal representative has been a long time family friend too.
After I lost my brother who was a police officer the force covered up and put a lot of lies against my brother and statements were made of his death were made false. They even tried to get the coroner not to release the true reason of death.
Was there enough of Brian's remains to be analysed? Did the Laundries lawyer and police relative push for this report to make Brian's death official so Brian could take on another identity.
Were they only able to get the DNA from some of the teeth as IF the bones were in the muddy water for so long could DNA be retrieved from pieces of bones.
Maybe I'm looking at everything wrong but the Laundries who took Gabby into their house did not care to call authorities as soon as Brian went home with her van without her and her items in the van. They didn't contact her parents. Too many secrets!!!

I think that’s where they wanted to go in the first place but it was all under water so they had to go to other places to search

I am buying it I’m glad that they’ve taken their time and it appears like they’ve done the investigation properly at least once the FBI took the case over. It would’ve been terrible for them to come back and not have been able to have some results as far as the autopsy is concerned for Gabby and Brian both. I’ve always been waiting for answers and try to keep reminding myself Patience is a virtue and have faith that the FBI would do the right thing in the end and tie up all loose ends

I will say again that the Laundries went to the Reserve the weekend before it was opened to the public. That is the weekend before the Wednesday the belongings and remains were found. The Laundries planted that evidence and the FOUND the gun. On the Monday or Tuesday they were seen FEDEXING something. Perhaps it was the gun. They took it as they knew it was linked to Kylen and Crystal in Moab. The Laundries fedexed the gun to Cassie. Cassie dumped the gun at Fort De Soto. She lives not far from there. The Laundries never expected that gun to be found a week or two later by that Fisherman. The Laundries waited for two days after they had planted that evidence in the Reserve hoping that someone or the FBI would find the backpack. When that did not happen, they called the FBI on Tuesday NIGHT to tell the FBI they were going to the Reserve in the morning to look for Brian. That is when the Laundries CONVENIENTLY FOUND the evidence!!! Just my thoughts. Oh, and by the way, on the 9th October, Doug from North Port heard a gun shot while filming in the Reserve. You can clearly hear the shot toward the end of his video.
Yes. The parents were desperate to stop the search for Brian. The only way to do that was to make everyone believe psycho brian was dead.
He was guilty and took the easy way out I’m more worried about his note book did he leave a letter saying why he shook himself. Did he admit to killing Gabby that’s what’s important at this point
yes' on a few different sites they had the letter that brain wrote. brian said in his letter, when he flew home on August 17th, he should've staid home and not fly back to Utah. i remember it saying thst everything got way out of control, and he wanted to tell his parents what happend at de soto park but he couldn't and he will tell them when they meet at anothet time, that's about what i remember.

#HeyJB People have speculated that Brian was a serial killer and could have killed Crystal Turner and Kylen Schulte...who were shot...can you imagine if it turns out to be the same gun!?!? Just speculating but wow, wouldn't that be yet another twist to this story, which has had a crazy number of twists from the beginning!

Robert Lowery was also found in the area with death determined to be by suicide from gunshot to the head...🤔

And yet again the lawyer said the parents were 'worried' because B was 'grieving' when he left the house 🙁 AND they didn't really join the search for their own son they reported as missing. You know like those parents searching day and night for their missing child. To me this screams that they either had an agenda of their own or they expected the suicide. The lawyer seems a bit sloppy too.. Tragic situation on so many levels either way

I want to know how much of his body was even found? Also I have seen pictures of them having a gun in that van... One pictures of it on the ground by the van door, another is of Gabbie holding it. I have another question was his sister up at Teton because of pics I've seen of her sitting on a rock and Gabby taking pics of her and Brian.
