The packaging is great works on my PC just fine. I didn't know what mic monitoring was until just minutes ago.
The headset feels premium on a budget, although it does feel a bit tight on my head. Gotta say, I do love that it's plug and play

Windows Sonic setting or Dolby Atmos?? Just bought these and on first impression not as comfortable or as good sound quality as my current Plantronics Rig 800lx. The Turtle Beach's are tight on my ears and I couldnt imagine having these on for 15 hours, my ears would be like cauliflowers :). Also the volume is not as loud as my Rig's (I replaced these as my mic on the Rig was broken)
Been buying turtle beach for year's. Wired and wireless. I think the hate is mostly people thinking it's cool to say turtle beach sucks. Brand is amazing.

Yeah, they stop working for no reason or you experience big issues with them. I’ve bought 2 headphones of this brand and both of them stopped working.

Hi, I do support forTurtle Beach, and I would advise you that it is most likely that your mic monitoring level is set too high. If you adjust it down, it will help with that problem.
This the comment I was looking for. I just got a pair of these cuz my nephew broke my 700 Gen 2 Max. I’m use to fixing background noise through the Audio Hub app but these doesn’t have access to the app. I’m not sure if I’m a keep these long just becuz of background noise.
I just got the USB one for my Xbox and besides initially syncing it with the USB, you don't have to keep it plugged in. Just to sync it

I think this was a general problem so just go into the audio settings in wz2 and do a reset by pressing the x button for a while and it will work

15 hour battery life on refurbished maybe but not a brand new model. Mine has 24 hours don’t know what knock off site you bought this from.

The Xbox-specific 600 Gen 2 does not have a dongle. It’s directly connected to Xbox like a controller.

@@nooneshero9819 there is. The USB one can sync to other consoles. The other one is only for Xbox or designed for it

I have updated my headset and reconnected it to my xbox but it's not working. I can hear the game but I can't hear people playing online. I even tried making a party on my xbox and no one can hear me.
