Is anyone hear because they have gone through 8 controllers because they all have broken microphone holes and is now giving up on buying more and switching to wireless or is that just me
Same, but with PS4 Platinum headset. That headset was fucking amazing, but my sister barged in my room, it fell off my head, and it got fucked up pretty badly. Are the Stealth 600s good? Idk if it'll be better then the $150 Platinum headset, but I didn't have time to watch reviews, and I know Turtle Beach is a good brand.
I just received my Gen 2 today. I was able to get it set up & play a few games on the Xbox. My initial thoughts? This is a huge jump when compared to my wired Amazon $40 headset. It reminds me of the Gold headset on the PS4 with regards to separating out the game & voice chat.
I got this for since the series x came out. Man they are fantastic I love them. Comfortable connecting is easy turns my series x on when I push the power button. The sound is good.
Quick but maybe dumb question do these work with the series s don't seem like the usb cord isn't fitting in the slot in the front we'll or maybe im not trying hard enough. Trying to be careful just got it today
I have a BIG problem with this headset. I tested it with my Series X, One X and PC with the Wireless USB Adapter. On ALL three devices I have sound drops in between every few seconds. Latest software is installed v.1.2.9, actually NO new version released yet from Turtle Beach. What I also did is a HARD RESET with the headset. Finally I went to the shop where I bought it and did a replacement to get another one. But the same prob is still there. Anyone can help me to solve this prob???
How do i hear footsteps? Every time I play call of duty my stealth 600 gen 2 never tells me where the footsteps are coming from it just surrounds my gameplay

I’ve had a few problems with these already. The audio/sound glitch’s/ skips my audio (I’m using them for PC) and I have to keep repairing my headset to the Xbox adapter everytime I wanna use them on my pc But other than that they are a good headset for Xbox n windows 10
Bought it today, me and my brother play in the same room and when he talks it comes over my mic really easily. Also seems like the sync button may have already broken worked when i first synced it, did the pc update and went to reconnect to my xbox and had to press the sync button towards the side to make it work.
I can't also sync it with mi xbox. I have the same issue apparently, sync button seems to be broken but even when I press it by the side, it doesn't change the light indicator. should it change from two lights in a row, then off and then two lights in a row again to enter in sync mode? thanks!
I had to download the turtle beach app on my computer and update it, for some reason they made the mic super sensitive I could hear my dog walking across the wood floor. These kinda suck from gen 1

I have had this headset for a few months now and I thought I would explain the problems that I have with this headset that make me wish I had looked elsewhere. 1) Mic is way too sensitive. People in party chat can even hear traffic passing my home. If I turn down the volume to where they can't hear external noises I can barely tell what they are saying. 2) No ventilation on the ear cups. After a very short time (less than an hour) my ears become very hot, sweaty and uncomfortable. I also detest that due to the fully enclosed ear cups and lack of ventilation that it is like being in a vacuum that I find sensorily uncomfortable. 3) The volume dials are positioned such that I find it nigh on impossible to put them on or remove without inadvertently turning them. It's really annoying.
Another thing I would add, I have the PlayStation set and after a year of having them they rarely connect on the first attempt. Takes about 5 attempts now
I just got the headset. Fully updated it. And the volume on Destiny 2 is unbelievably low. I haven’t tried other games but I really shouldn’t have to. I believe the headset is at 50% for volume or something because usually you can go to the Audio setting on Xbox and make the headset louder. But with this all the controls are on the headset itself so the Audio settings do not show up. I need to know if there is a way to make the headset louder.

Gen 2 has a lot of defects than the gen 1 one of the big issues is the bug that causes a disconnect from the console and then refuse to power off and when you want to reset it on your pc it will not connect at all since it's stuck in a loop of both on and off, thus you have to wait 10 hours or more to drain the battery till you can recharge the device one of the few series I wouldn't recommend in people to get (buy something other than the 600 series) and this issue has been on the rise now for a good amount of time on both systems of Playstation and Xbox.

I wanted something that connects wirelessly to my XB1X so it can have more than just stereo sound since that is all I can get with the 3.5mm AUX cables. I need to replace my Hyper X headphones because even though I've only used them for over 30 hours, they keep shocking my left ear for some reason if I move my head at all while gaming.

@@DavidSanchez-bh5qg yes you have to go on to your computer (windows 10 or mac) then download turtle beach’s program and plug you headset into your computer using the original charger cable. then update your firmware and turn mic monitoring all the way down and turn the tone to about 75% let me know if you have any other questions.

About 5 years ago I purchased a turtle beach headset for my gaming console, and at exactly the 1 year maker the separate volume controls for chat and game volume just quit working. The headset would no longer adjust the volumes separately from one another. After that not so great experience I’ve never bought another turtle beach headset since. Is that still a reoccurring issue with their gaming headsets or have they finally gotten a handle on the issue???
You either have to drain the battery for 10 hours and then recharge it or just give it back.... I’ve been through 2 in just 4 days... none of them hold a charge.
I fixed mine by holding down the sync and power button for 10 seconds it hard resets it give that a try if that doesn’t work someone posted how to do it lower in the comment section

No since it is for console it doesn’t sync with Bluetooth but intsead to the console so it can only be used on the console

They sure do cut out any external noise. I cannot hear a thing around me with them on. Not necessarily a good thing.

It’s stuck on the red led light
Blaze the res light means that it is off
The green light means it is on
Is it supposed to come with a dongle mine didn’t come with one
Only the PlayStation version comes with a dongle because it doesn’t have the controller sync that Xbox has.

You could just hold the pairing button and the mode butting together until it shuts off this forces it to shut down

Im pretty sure that’s normal, you need to know when you are breathing and when you are not

Only here to say if you have a PC, the Xbox version does not support it, but requires it or Mac to update firmware.
